Motion for Subpoenes for Obama BC issued in WA state, case to be heard by the full court. BO announces vacation in HI
COMES NOW, James E. Broe, Kenneth R. Seal, Robert Baker, Mark Sussman, Stan Walter, Bill Wise, Andy Stevens, Ed Crawford, Jason Lagen, Louise Workman, Jocelyn Murcelli, Mike Murcelli and Kevin McDowell, by and through counsel of record Stephen Pidgeon, pursuant to RAP 17.3(a), the Rules of Discovery, CR 26-37, and CR 45 governing the issuance of subpoenas, and Move this Honorable Court for an order allowing the issuance of two subpoenas for the purpose of obtaining admissible evidence in this case, and expediting discovery pursuant to the proposed schedule.
Relief Requested
Plaintiffs seek an Order allowing plaintiffs expedited discovery by means of two subpoenas, one to be served on the Secretary of State of the State of Washington, to discover the following items: I) the Declaration of Candidacy of Barack Obama as filed in the State of Washington; 2) all records concerning the candidacy and disallowance of Socialist Worker’s Party candidate Frank Colero within the Secretary of State’s office; and one to be served upon the Director of the Department of Health in the State of Hawaii, to discover the following items: 3) the Birth Certificate of Barack Obama in Hawaii, and 4) all supporting documentation regarding the registration of the birth of Barack Obama in Hawaii. Plaintiffs seek an order which establishes the following schedule.
1. Plaintiffs are to serve the State of Hawaii Department of Health with a Subpoena in the form attached hereto as approved by the Court no later than the close of business on Monday, December 22, 2008, and responses shall be served upon Plaintiffs’ ‘counsel. no later than the close of business on December 28, 2008.

Calling your attention to keyword abuse, involving profanity. I have no idea who is responsible, but you are able to tell. It looks to be getting out of hand.
I seriously doubt that anything will come of this. Given the history of BO’s refusal to disclose I would expect that, IF the WA court issues the Subpoena, he will just ignore it or claim he doesn’t have to respond or invent “pre-executive privilege” or some other lunacy. I DO think it is interesting that he’s heading to Hawaii right now ... who/what is in Hawaii that he wants to see for Xmas? Why not stay in Chicago??? Unless he needs to be there to strong-arm local officials or keep them from answering a subpoena.
In other words ... if it comes down to it, Obama will appeal to a Federal court, and the Federal court will throw it out.
If so, it won’t be thrown out on standing. If there is an issue with merit, it will be due to a too narrow focus upon the potential cause(s) of ineligibility. I’m very suspicious of how this has all come to be understood as being about Obama’s birth certificate. That’s exactly how Chester Arthur bamboozled critics in his day. No coincidence, imho.
Let me know how that keyword abuse thing turns out. I did the same thing and the admin mod zotted the troll “searchin”. Then a few days later the admin mod said tough luck. So I think it’s a flip of the coin depending upon which admin mod you get and the phase of the moon and the quaternary nature of the universe phase conjugate reality particle.
And just like Bill Clinton he will be voted not guilty. Then he will get a big bump in the polls and the Republicans and Conservatives will suffer a beating for years.
The press and dems will pronounce him King for life.

So are you saying that it's okay for him to take office before he proves he is a natural-born citiizen? Shouldn't the 2nd revolution occur before he is inaugurated if he doesn't show he is qualifieid to hold office?
It's his responsibility to come up with proof -- not our responsibility to dig up his birth certificate. All he has to do is show it. Why burden the people with what might be an impossible task when it falls to the candidate to prove himself/herself worthy of office?

I disagree with you here. If, after Jan. 20th, Obama is proven to not be a “natural born citizen” by whatever procedure, do you really think Pelosi, Franks, Reid, Clinton (her memories of Bill's impeachment haven't faded), Kennedy, et al would allow/bring charges of impeachment against him? They would excuse it away or “the next time we do something” or some other lame excuse, and nobody would challenge them.
As I see it, this Obama birth certificate mess is a Catch-22:
1. On the one hand, we need the courts help so that we can see Obama's Hawaii long form birth certificate ---the one with the doctor and birth hospital names on it---in order to prove whether or not Obama is eligible to be president. This sounds reasonable to me.
2. But, on the other hand, the courts say that they cannot allow us access to Obama's Hawaii long form birth certificate until we prove that Obama is NOT eligible.
3. I'm screaming at the courts: If we could prove that Obama was NOT eligible without referring to the long form birth certificate, we would do so, and we would not need the courts to help us get Obama's long form birth certificate in the first place!
Is this crazy or what?
I don’t think an impeachment would be necessary. The man would NOT be President, for the reason that no one, not Congress and not the electorate could ever make him President, and therefore Congress would not need to act as if he were the President, neither de jure or de facto.
All that would be required is for the Federal marshalls, acting under court order, to evict him from the premeses without fanfare or ado.
Just set the SOB in the street.

Note that Obama went to Hawaii just before his grandmother died. When she passed away after the campaign when Obama had more time, he failed to attend her funeral......... Hummmmmmmm?
