Not sure about Hawaii in 1961. My kids had their foot print taken for their BCs when they were born.

Besides the point. Obama should simply provide a copy of his BC. Why not? He won't or can't.

Same reason John Kerry will not provide his Military information.

Next time the matter will be likely even more outrageous. The "privacy" issues will be used to circumvent the Constitution in ways that we by and large have not even considered yet.
