The factcheck sh!t is typical Axelrod astroturfing deceit. Why is it that the apologists for this affiramtive action fraud from Chicago’s criminal political machine never have to answer why the documentation to prove Barack/Barry Obama/Soetoro is eligible is not brought forward to the authorities in such matters but forgeries are replete flowing from propaganda arms?

The DNC and Obama has scammed around a billion dollars from sources using the pretender. The forgeries have gooten them so much money it is doubtful they would be held accountable for the use of forgeries to scam folks ... the unwritten alw of gross misconduct, the grosser the easier to avoid punishment.

What is the penalty for posting a fraudulent document? Is there legal consequences for misleading the people?

I actually wrote about them in the introduction to my final report, which is posted here on FR.

There are Fefderal laws against creating and proferring a false identification document, but I'm not exactly sure how stringently it would be applied to a false identification document image rather than to a physical document, but given the severities associated with committing electronically-based fraud, and assuming that the penalties are the same, the penalties for a false identification document are up to 15 years in a federal penitentiary and a maximum fine of $250,000.

Where is the "Deep Throat" of 2008?

What if someone inside Annenberg or the Obama Camp were to slip-up, or step forward, and blow the whistle on how they forged these images and/or the photos at the request of, or with the blessing of Barack Obama?

If that were to happen, the FBI, CIA, and the NSA would get their hands on Obama's original birth certificate, like yesterday.

Why is it that nobody has ever asked Obama, or even his Press Secretary, point-blank, to confirm whether the COLB images and photographs posted online are true copies of Obama's genuine, certified paper COLB, whether Obama personally authorized his Campaign to copy it and post it to their website; whether Obama authorized it to be distributed to Factcheck, Politifact, and the Daily Kos, and whether Obama authorized Factcheck to take photograph of it and post them, too.

Once the link is established between Obama and the posted forgeries, then you've got another legal avenue to his real, birth certificate.

The failure to present a real birth certificate to prove natural-born status is a separate issue from producing a false identification document, for you can do one without ever having to do the other.

I understand your skepticism, as my mother is a Democrat. I should be so lucky that I survived that pregnancy. :)

My daughter is about one month old and we just received her birth certificate from the State of Maryland. That one does not have her hand and foot prints either. Granted, I did not witness her birth as my wife had a C-Section, so it is entirely possible in the 5 seconds between the time the doctor cut her open and the time I saw my daughter, there could have been a swap. My wife's birth certificate, which was issued by Pennsylvania, also lacks these features. She was able to use that birth certificate to get a US passport in 2007. I was born in California and my hand and footprint-less birth certificate also got me a US passport.

Regarding Hussein though, I do believe he was indeed born in Hawaii, but I think he's stonewalling because there's something on his birth certificate that he wants to hide. I don't understand why he'd feel this way as he cannot help the supposedly "bad" things that ended up on his birth certificate.

Do a search on a guy named McKinney and DailyKos. He is the one who admitted to doing a template, that first started as a joke, but then was afraid of legal implications so came forward. After doing so, he changed his story, like everyone else with connections to the Obama crime syndicate.

You know what’s interesting about Hawaii though ..

The cancer institute in Hawaii that Obama’s Mom supposedly died at .. they have no record of her being there.

For both Obama’s Grandma and his Mom, there were only memorial services with no body in each case.

Hawaii Grandma hasn’t been seen on video, interview, or even a picture for several years before Obama ran for President.

Yup. It's been "proven" a fake by a guy using a fake name and claiming a fake Ph.D. in an academic disclipline that doesn't exist. Funny how not a single expert with verifiable credentials, using his real name has validated "Dr." Polarik's analysis.

The COLB he produced (and no, it's not a fake, the claims of guy with a phony Ph.D. notwithstanding) is enough to establish his natural-born citizenship status.

I doubt he has his original BC. I don't have mine. Why should he bother trying to get a copy, if the COLB is sufficient to prove his eligibility?

Some states only provide copies of the COLB and will not give you a copy of the BC. I'm not sure whether this is the case in Hawaii, but in any case, it doesn't matter.
