SCOTUS UPDATES for December 2, 2008: CORT WROTNOWSKI HAND DELIVERS EMERGENCY APPLICATION - DONOFRIO LETTER REGARDING NJ JUDGE MISCONDUCT HITS DOCKET
Cort Wrotnowski, (SCOTUS Docket No. 08A469), a day after facing the shock of his life when told by a SCOTUS clerk that his renewed application to Justice Scalia would be held back for 7 days due to anthrax screening, hand delivered 10 copies of his renewed application to the Security booth at SCOTUS this morning at 10:30 AM.
Cort was told by the Clerk’s office that the papers would “probably” be in the Clerk’s office by 2:00 PM. Cort’s application, according to Supreme Court Rule 22.1, should be “transmitted promptly” to the Honorable Associate Justice Antonin Scalia. Keep your eyes on that Docket to see if they will follow the Rules of Court.

Seems like the SCOTUS clerks are former USPS postal workers. Nah postal workers are more competent.
Justice Thomas is a good man. He has been treated horribly by the Democrats. I still remember Anita Hill and his conformation “lynching.” Justice Thomas maintained his dignity and composure throughout that disgusting spectacle.
I think he and Scalia are lions on the court and Alito and Roberts are also good men.
I think we are also fortunate to have Leo and Cort. They have never given up after being given the runaround, ignored and lied to by people in the U.S. court system including judges & clerks in NJ and clerks at SCOTUS.
Not to mention the sealing/evaporation/disappearance of every record pertaining to his entire life, other than that page from Indonesia.
Nothing. As though he never existed at all.
The only “records” are his fake ghost written play pretend memoirs.
