The SC is pulling a ploy to postpone Cort’s case until Jan. 9. They played by all the rules and the SCOTUS has manipulated the process by way of diverting the case file to the Anthrax clearing house in order to bog it down an make sure it is not presented by the Friday conference.

I strongly encourage anyone to listen to the archive record of the show. There was a LOT said and hard to summarize.
I support Leo and his efforts, but he has to get control of himself. He goes off on rants that seem to come from a dark side. Tonight he threatened to withdrawl his suit if America doesn’t rise up to support his case. He has support in the flyover country, he needs it from the media and his family and friends.
The anthrax BS sounds like an attempt to frame Cort as a nutjob....not from the SC as Leo suggested, but from obama operatives IMO.

They don’t know. The word came as a result from a phone discussion with a “James” last name unknown, who is just a sap with no authority.

Just as Deepestend said. The Clerk, or whoever - not sure who - sent Cort’s re-submittal to a cleaning house for anthrax testing. The idea is to stall so that it won’t be seen by the Justices at the Friday conference.
And Leo pointed out that Cort could even be framed if somebody puts anthrax spores on the submittal.

he is very passionate, and IMO after what he has been through he has every right to deamnd an OUTCRY from the American people. Why else is he fighting?
Agreed. He is desperate to convince everybody what is at stake! So many are not paying attention.

According to the Constitution, a president must be a natural born citizen of the U.S. Mr. Obama’s critics have failed to force him legally to produce his original birth certificate, and Mr. Obama has resisted any attempt to make him do so. Currently, only Hawaii Department of Health officials have access to Mr. Obama’s original records.
Edwin Vieira, a constitutional lawyer who has practiced for 30 years and holds four degrees from Harvard, said if it were to be discovered Mr. Obama were not eligible for the presidency, it would cause many problems. They would be compounded if his ineligibility were discovered after he had been in office for a period of time.
“Let’s assume he wasn’t born in the U.S.,” Mr. Vieira told The Bulletin. “What’s the consequence? He will not be eligible. That means he cannot be elected validly. The people and the Electoral College cannot overcome this and the House of Representatives can’t make him president. So what’s the next step? He takes the oath of office, and assuming he’s aware he’s not a citizen, then it’s a perjured oath.”
Any appointments made by an ineligible president would have to be recalled, and their decisions would be invalidated.
