The SC is pulling a ploy to postpone Cort’s case until Jan. 9. They played by all the rules and the SCOTUS has manipulated the process by way of diverting the case file to the Anthrax clearing house in order to bog it down an make sure it is not presented by the Friday conference.
Who at SCOTUS has done this? Is it the same clerk that has been playing games with all the cases?
Is it possible for Cort to drive to DC tomorrow to present more copies in person?
