I strongly encourage anyone to listen to the archive record of the show. There was a LOT said and hard to summarize.
Just as Deepestend said. The Clerk, or whoever - not sure who - sent Cort’s re-submittal to a cleaning house for anthrax testing. The idea is to stall so that it won’t be seen by the Justices at the Friday conference.
And Leo pointed out that Cort could even be framed if somebody puts anthrax spores on the submittal.
It all stinks to high heaven!
