This week, newscasters reported that al Qaeda's #2 terrorist disparaged the election of Barack Obama, and hurled racial slurs at Obama himself. "The report has not been confirmed by the State Department," they all said, but they reported it anyway. Last week, Fox News reporter Carl Cameron told viewers that three "anonymous" insiders of Sen. McCain's campaign said that Sarah Palin was, in essence, a diva and a dunce. He - and dozens of others who picked up the story on other channels - never identified, or even verified, the sources of the quotes, but they reported them anyway. Contrast these shabby examples of "journalism" with the legions of identifiable, verifiable and credible sources who for months have been investigating the disturbing allegation that Barack Obama is ineligible for the presidency because he has failed to meet one of the three requirements that the U.S. Constitution mandates, specifically that he provide proof of his "natural born" U.S. citizenship. What follows is a partial list of people and organizations that have challenged Obama's eligibility. Further on I will comment on how egregious the media's failure to cover this story has been. And last, I will speculate on the reason for the cover-up of this full-blown scandal.

However, everyone’s U.S. Passport lists the “Country of Birth” and if Obama’s Passport stated that he was born in Kenya, someone along the line would have noticed that fact.
It's OK because they are not physically intimidated - only clowns on the internet yucking it up as we are.

Nobody said Linda Lingle didn’t seal a birth certificate. What’s in question is the verbiage on the doc — info which hasn’t been disclosed.
Again, I was born overseas to American Parents and have a Birth Certificate issued by the U.S. Embassy in the nation of my birth.
Thus, I have no birth documentation in the USA.
Therefore, if Obama was born in Kenya, his Birth Certificate would be on file with the State Department, not the State of Hawaii.
What I have heard, is that he travelled on some type of emissary passport that was granted by Congress. I don’t know if that’s true, but it seems to a well-known fact.
Remember in the last debate, and McCain said to Obama regarding the free trade pact with Columbia, something along the lines “you have never travelled south of the border”. 0 gave him a really peculiar look like a “touche” kind of look. It just seemed like an odd moment to me, maybe nothing to it but strange . . .

If she waited to report it after she returned to Hawaii, it would not be with the State Department.
Well, if Congress granted him an emissary passport that should be well documented along with the signature of President Bush.
Maybe he used his foreign birth certificate or his adoption paperwork making him Indonesian and he traveled here as just a visitor. Maybe he’s a foreigner who came here and overstayed his welcome which would make him an illegal immigrant.
Did Mother Obama cram Baby Obama into her carry on bag during the flight from Nairobi to Honolulu?
Otherwise, the Immigration or Customs Official in every stop she made between those two cities would have asked her for the baby's documentation.

Most American people don’t have a clue that there’s even a problem in this regard because of the media’s TOTAL blackout on information concerning it. I have to wonder what will happen if the Supreme Court decides to review the case. Will the press then simply say “Oh, by the way ...” or will they still act as if it didn’t exist?
Thats a lot of “Maybes” and I do not think the SCOTUS likes to hear the word “Maybe” during arguments.

There’s been some discussion of this on another thread. Someone has the theory that he never did. The only time he travelled was in the ‘80s when he went to Pakistan, which Americans could not visit at that time, so he was probably using an Indonesian Passport. Other than that, he never travelled overseas until he was a U.S. Senator and was entitled to a dipomatic passport. No birth certificate required.
