I believe that your scenario applies ONLY to a US parent when it is an overseas birth. I’m 95% certain that is the case.

I think so, but the problem is that it was some underling(s), not Obama himself, who did this. When campaigns violate campaign finance laws, there’s usually a fine or slap on wrist or in worst case the finance director gets in hot water legally. I’m pretty sure the candidate can reasonably claim he isn’t responsible for every single misguided action of literally thousands of campaign workers. To my knowledge, Obama himself never point blank asserted the validity of the document at fight-the-smears etc. As a lawyer, even had he been part of the fraudulent effort, he would be smart enough not to leave behind a smoking gun such as something in writing.
I glanced over there and noticed one person made a comment that Nancy Pelosi is drawing up an amendment to the Constitution that will abolish Article II.

The law even more clearly states: "The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: (a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;" If Obama was born in Hawaii, as claimed, then his mother could have been any age and he's still a natural born U.S. citizen. If he wasn't born in the U.S. then where's your evidence?
Yes he is. Title 8 > Chapter 12 > Subchapter III > Part I > § 1401 of the U.S. code says he is. The law you quote would only apply if Obama had not been born in the U.S.
Where should the burden of proof be? Upon a job seeker to demonstrate eligibility for a position, or upon an employer to prove ineligibility?
Depends. There is no law on the books which requires a presidential candidate to present their qualification to any state, federal, or local agency. As the person taking issue with his qualifications, if this were a court of law then I believe that as plaintiff the burden of proof would lie with you.
