SACRAMENTO, Calif.- A former opponent of Barack Obama's has come back to haunt him over questions regarding Obama's citizenship.

Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and other members of his American Independent Party have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento to stop the state from giving its electoral votes to President-elect Barack Obama until documentary evidence is provided to prove Obama is indeed a citizen of the United States.

Some conservatives have questioned Obama's citizenship in recent months. Obama says he was born in Hawaii in 1961.

Keyes also ran against Obama as a Republican for the U.S. Senate seat in Illinois in 2004. Obama won that election to serve his first and only term in the U.S. Senate.

Some conservatives have questioned Obama's citizenship in recent months.

As well as the liberals who brought it to the attention of conservatives.

Indeed. The PUMAs are in this as deep as the conservatives.

Yeah, why not just people, for crying out loud.

The media slew Hillary with the sniper fire video, not just for 2008, but forever.

And yet these questions and others about BO have been around for months if not YEARS, and what have the media done?

NOT A THING

The media stink to high heaven on this.

Um most of the lawsuits have been filed by Democrats!

Think that Keyes is the first non-democrat.

Notice the clever distortion of the issue. It isn’t over whether he is a “citizen” but whether he is a “natural born citizen”. Just being a citizen, if he is, isn’t enough.

Keyes is the first one with standing, that’s the crime here.

Here’s the bottom line folks:

If, on December 1st, Comrade 0bama has NOT produced to the United States Supreme Court a satisfactory response (which by all rules of logic would mean a valid, legitimate and verifiable birth certificate establishing his Constitutional eligibility to serve as President of the United States), the SCOTUS must rule that he is INeligible to serve, they must rule that the results of the November 4th election are invalid, and that new elections must be held. As I see it, the only way to proceed after such a ruling would be for the current President to resign on January 19th, 2009 and for the Vice President to be sworn in as Interim President for the duration of this crisis.

And make no mistake, it would be a crisis of unheard of proportions, never before seen in America.

If 0bama is unable to produce evidence that he is in fact eligible to serve as President, and if the SCOTUS fails to rule as outlined above, it means that we can kiss our Constitution and Republic goodbye, because the Rule of Law no longer applies.

It would mean that we are no longer citizens, but serfs.

Keyes legal team should read today’s comments on Leo Donofrio’s web site where Leo points out the things the Keye’s attorney failed to plead which could have made their case stronger. Maybe they can amend the pleading. It is a shame that Keyes, Berg and Leo are not sharing information.

Leo appears to have the strongest case but the clerks at SCOTUS appears to be continuing to block his emergency stay from getting to Justice Thomas office. Incredible.

Correction!!!

“to serve his firs and only 143 NON EXISTANT DAYS in the Senate!”

HUSSEIN DID NOT EVER SERVE HIS FIRST AND ONLY TERM IN THE U.S. SENATE!

So, why has no one obtained copies of birth Certificates of others who were born in Hawaii on the same day and at all the hospitals. Then it would be possible to make document comparisons, stampings, etc.; Also, how registration numbers worked would be relative.
This might also be appropriate for his Selective Service mailing that has items of question on it such as post mark and numbering.

Come on where are the true detectives on this.

It is a matter of interpretation. I am not at all convinced that dual citizenship at birth necessarily disqualifies someone, but it is an interesting line of thinking.

Bottom line, is SOMEONE needs to pry the documentation out of the vault first, then we can argue about the implications.

Yes, they can always enter more proof, but they can’t wait too long. They need to make sure ALL avenues are covered.
