I am truly disturbed ... about the fears that are rampantly mounting, concerning the question of Mr. Obama being a natural born U.S. citizen, as required by the Constitution, to run for the office of the presidency of the United States. These fears are based on three elements:
* The failure of the RNC to execute a thorough vetting process, ensuring Mr. Obama is a Natural Born U.S Citizen.
* The failure of Mr. Obama to provide a legitimate Certificate of Live Birth (COLB). >p? * The failure of big media to perform its function as the watchdog "Fourth Branch" of the government.
This issue led Philip J. Berg, a long time Democrat and attorney, to file suit against Barack H. Obama, (Lawsuit Continues) challenging Senator Obama’s lack of "qualification" to serve as President of the United States.
"This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution,” Berg said in a statement. “If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States - the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world - then who does? So, anyone can just claim to be eligible for congress or the presidency without having their legal status, age or citizenship questioned."

I’m not sure what you mean. If Obama is not eligible to serve as President, he should not become President. I just don’t think it’s an issue we can win. If he defies Congress, the dems will shed him like a cheap suit.
By acting like drunken democrats, the republicans, in 2006, lost their ability to do anything about it. I doubt the dems will impeach him. They don’t want Biden, either. But, they will probably marginalize him. I think they have a veto proof majority.
So, drama in politics is evidence of a person’s instability? Do you know where he lives? He’s pandering to his base.
At worst, his suit is one of the first cuts of the death of a thousand cuts. The Obamalytes have to deal with this. It costs them time and money. It’s a good thing.
At best, even if it’s just procedural, something else might actually lead somewhere. Clinton was impeached for sex, after all and somthing like that would be a very good thing.

The Obama camp is banking on people who will give this issue a pass and turn a blind eye to such a “minor detail.” They will use the will of the people and the threat of violence as leverage to attempt to stifle the truth.
Do you really think Obama’s interests coincide with the Congressional leadership? Human nature dictates that there will be a power struggle for control between the congressional leaders and Obama. The congressional leaders have been in the Dc culture longer. They will win. Remember Jimmy Carter?

Other than sites like this it isn't dogging him now. Nobody mainstream is talking about it. The lawsuits are going nowhere. This isn't bothering Obama at all.
If Hussein is not natural born, than every single action of his as a presidential candidate, to include his selection of VP is invalid. If he is exposed before the inauguration, then his electors should be free to vote for anyone that they please. If it occurs after the inauguration than I don’t know what would occur. (President Pelosi!!!! God help us NO!!!!)
