Hey judge, lawyers have the ETHICAL DUTY to choose their own words.....duh. This will be unenforceable. You can’t make words illegal. This shows how stupid the judge is and how stupid the attorney for the hispanic bar is.
And they are absolutely correct...being illegal IS contemptible...hello...let’s call a spade a spade...or can we say that anymore?

Actually I can see the point on “illegal”. That would be like the judge addressing the jury concerning “this law breaking bank robber”.
I think the argument is that the judge shouldn’t be using these terms. He can’t same someone broke the law until he or the jury makes a ruling. Until then the man is innocent until proven guilty...or until proven to be illegal.
