So are the term 'robber' and 'embezzeler' - but they accurately describe how someone broke the law. This is ridiculous how PC we've gotten when the truth cannot even be spoken.

I hope you're right. I don't see how one judge can decide the terminology used in any court but her own. And even that is squashing the first admendment.

Actually I can see the point on “illegal”. That would be like the judge addressing the jury concerning “this law breaking bank robber”.

I think the argument is that the judge shouldn’t be using these terms. He can’t same someone broke the law until he or the jury makes a ruling. Until then the man is innocent until proven guilty...or until proven to be illegal.
