We're meeting at the Chili's at 1901 Long Prarie Road in Flower Mound Saturday at 1 to discuss posting vanities that would be better suited to the Texas State board.

I didn’t know there was a place for conservatives to meet. We live in Tarrant Co. Is this an open invitation?

I don’t know about you Denton County types. You guys are so Dentonish, what with your own University and Airport and Outlet Shops.

I don’t know. We will have to give you a full Tarrant county test

1. Do you know where Southlake is?
2. Have you shopped in the Southlake Town Square?
3. Have you shopped in Sundance Square?
4. Have you been to the Bass concert Hall
5. Have you flown from Meacham in those six days that they actually had commerical service with the Mesa light jets?
6. Do you call it “bait” or do you call it “sushi” (important question, because one answer will identify you as Tarrant and the other as Dallas)

There used to be active FReeper chapters all over the country (and some even in other countries.) But like the rest of the American voters, we got complacent and just chit chat on-line.

Configure your profile with Texas as your location and you will be able to view the Texas forum. Re-post your call for a Metroplex FReeper meet and greet.

If no one takes the lead in organizing an event, you do it. Then post the particulars on the Texas forum and in a thread with Activism and Texas categories selected. Make sure you do that at least 3 days before the target date, then remind folks again the day before.

The first meeting can be a commiseration pity party, but only if you all vow to meet again in a month for a rebuilding meeting. Every great comeback starts with one person taking one positive steep. That's how leaders are born. Pretty soon more will join in and eventually a movement is reborn. Ignore the naysayers as they never accomplish anything.

OK..You pass.

1- 5 were trick questions. Only number 6 counted, although bonus points for number 4.

You are now allowed into our tree house.

Okay, I edited my profile so that it shows that I’m in Texas. Now how do I find the Texas board? I usually view the forum as ‘latest posts’.

Sign out of FR and log back in.

It should show up at the top of the forums as new messages are posted to the Texas state forum.

That function on FR has been buggy lately, so you may have to click through your profile to your homepage and click on the Texas flag on your homepage. That will always take you to the state forum.
