Rezmar(Rezko’s company) was supposed to provide 1,025 apartments for the poor. But today:
• Six of its 30 buildings are boarded up.
• Seventeen went into in foreclosure, most after Rezmar abandoned them.
• An 18th building is being foreclosed on by the state.
