Why doesn’t the Federal Election Commission clear this up? I guess the transcript of his Hawaii birth record was sufficient.
It has to be a cerified copy with a raised seal to be legit. I had to drive to Troy, Ohio from Wright-Patt to get my certified birth certificate the day I processed in as I had to have a Top Secret clearance for the position and they would not accept the birth certificate I had used in the past which was not cerified.
Transcript will not be accepted by any Government agency as proof.
FEC handles financing and don’t know if they would get involved in kicking someone off the ballot. My guess is the SCOTUS may be the only one with the power.
I forgot to tell you that Obama has had a hold on appointing two more commissioners to the FEC and last I checked there was no quorum to do much of anything.
