I forgot to tell you that Obama has had a hold on appointing two more commissioners to the FEC and last I checked there was no quorum to do much of anything.

I forgot to tell you that Obama has had a hold on appointing two more commissioners to the FEC and last I checked there was no quorum to do much of anything. How sweet it would be to have the Berg lawsuit result in Sen. Obama being required to have the FEC approval for candidacy.
