I forgot to tell you that Obama has had a hold on appointing two more commissioners to the FEC and last I checked there was no quorum to do much of anything.

I don’t know, or particularly care. Maybe he bribed someone, or stabbed a border guard in the throat. Maybe he levitated in on magical moonbeams. Whatever documents Obama might have had have no bearing on U.S. citizenship law, unless you can show otherwise.

However, this doesn't look like it's much more than a group of bloggers. And, if you look through some of the titles on the left side at the page (near the bottom), you'll see that they are generally not favorable to Obama.

Yes, they don't seem to be pro-Obama, for the most part, but some are. For example, check out these last ttwo paragraphs from "Just what did Jerome Corsi hope to achieve?" (I added bold):

indonesia did not allow dual citizenship at the time, that is what it means; his mother would have renounced his American Citizenship. This is probably how he traveled to Pakistan when he was 20 years old and it was illegal for American’s to travel there at that time, if he went on an Indonesian passport he could have gone.

I read that as his mother was no longer married to his step father, who adopted him, that his U.S. citizenship was reinstated when he turned 21. Could that be true?

I'm not a constitutional lawyer, so it would probably have to go to the SC. I'm guessing your scenario would be the case except I don't see how they could change the constitution and make it retroactive.

And the legal beagles would argue about it. That is a given.

I know you can pass some things retroactively, but laws, I doubt. I think that is what habeus corpus means. Better look it up, remember learning about it in school that you couldn't change the law and retry a criminal. It's a little different than double jeopardy, but don't take my word for any of this.

All I have seen posted anywhere of Obama's BC has been a recently printed transcript, as least as recent as laser printers, because the word "laser" is printed in small type in the bottom corner near the form designation. It also says across the bottom that the document is acceptable for use as "prima facie" evidence.

I’ve read the website, and several others linked to it, and I’ve read the story.

It “feels” made up, untrue, a hoax.

I wish it weren’t so, I want him to be handcuffed, and frog marched onto a bus that has “I.C.E.” emblazoned in 18” letters that reflect the lights of cars passing by and people craning their necks to see who or what is inside.
