Several days ago I published a post that started out with this statement: “When Senator McCain chose Governor Palin to serve as his running mate, he unleashed from the left the most incredible torrent of sewerage we have ever seen heaped upon a Vice Presidential candidate. Alan Colmes said she caused the Downes Syndrome of her baby. Obama operatives said Trig was actually her grandchild. Al Franken helped write a skit for Saturday Night Live that suggested that Sarah’s husband had sex with his daughters. The head of South Carolina’s Democratic Party said that Governor Palin’s only credential was that she had never had an abortion. And so on and so on. To conservative and traditional Americans, this onslaught of slime and smears is beyond comprehension, and I have only mentioned a small sample of what’s going on.”
Despite our efforts to publicize and answer the smears, it is clear that this vicious campaign has had some effect, and now Governor Palin is being crucified for not having extensive foreign policy knowledge and experience.

Many of us would have already given a single digit salute to the presstitutes as well as letting fly with a stream of expletives. Sarah has remained calmer than I probably ever would in a similar situation.

She will deal with it but I am wondering? How can McClame explains how he is going to veto evil earmarks, veto all bills with earmarks and expose the earmarkers. If he was President would he veto the bill He is voting for? I do not understand how he can vote for this and still have any credibillity. Explain please . Anybody explain to me..how?

My God can accomplish anything and many of us are praying for Sarah. We know God has a plan, unfortunately we don’t know what that plan is, which makes us worry about things we can’t control, but He does tell us to trust Him and that is what we must do.
Politicians are generally considered as writhing in the muck, the MSM expects politicians to be writhing in the muck. MSM writhe in the muck alongside politicians.
Now comes along a 'citizen politician', one Sarah Palin, who is NOT writhing in the muck. Palin represents everything which the MSM and Washington beltway ISN'T! They are uncomfortable with this, there is "something wrong here" they cynically say to themselves ... there is NO WAY that ANY politician could possibly NOT be in the muck! And so they try to create muck out of thin air, to find any little thing that might drag this *new* politician into their own muck. Then they would feel comfortable with Sarah, knowing that she was one of them ... writhing in the muck.
That her life story fails to deliver muck for them is way too much for them to take, so they go berserk and try to drag her down any way they can.
After all, the 'conventional wisdom' is that EVERY politician is dirty, its an accepted fact by the MSM, and so they must drag Sarah Palin down into the muck with them.

I disagree. She is a traditional conservative and, therefore, a danger to everything they believe, so they do what they always do - they set out to destry her. Remember Bork, Thomas and Roberts.

I don’t know how many times they can do the same old thing, they roll their big lie machine, with the goal of making the Conservative the buffoon.. I just wish for once we could get a smart strong candidate to go toe to toe with them and give them back some smash-mouth politics.
I am sick of meek buckling, we have the ammo on this scum, lets pound them ! When barney frank runs his mouth start every sentence with if you didn’t know a gay prostitution service was running out of your house...what could you know? When they distort call them liars to their face ! When they steal call them thieves.. blackmailers, extortionists, lets call them by their names ! When you find corruption put people in jail, then talk about lesser sentences, after they name names, not make a d*mned deal with every person but one schmuck setup to take the fall !
I disagree with your disagreement, but then agree with your second sentence, which agrees with my postulation: They want to drag her down into their own wallowing muck, which is where they are most comfortable with ... Sarah being a 'traditional conservative' is NOT in the muck, and so they need to drag her into their own little mucky world as a means of control. And if she resists? Destroy her.
