Five House Democrats Who Should Be Doing The Perp Walk Tomorrow Morning
The Patriot Room ^ | September 27, 2008 | Bill Dupray

Posted on 09/27/2008 5:10:19 PM PDT by Bill Dupray

Let's name names, shall we. Out of control, partisan, ignorant, incompetent fools responsible for the country's financial meltdown.

Via Hot Air, here is the video with transcripts of these morons. Throughout the video, Republicans are pointing out the mismanagement and malfeasance of Franklin Raines and the instability of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and are positively begging for more regulation and oversight. The Democrats stopped them cold.

Unfortunately this video will never go any further than the internet blogsphere.
Meanwhile Bill O’Reilly will be saying “I don’t know what happened, I blame both sides, all that matters is the folks out there are pretty angry about all this. What say you?”

It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native criminal class except Congress.

BY MICHAEL SNEED Sun-Times Columnist
Tipsville: Sneed hears rumbles that convicted influence peddler Tony Rezko, whose dealings have been linked to Barack Obama and Gov. Blagojevich, is singing to the feds.

• • To wit: “I’m told by a close friend of Rezko that he’s cooperating with the feds,” said a Sneed source. “I don’t know whether he’s talking about Gov. Blagojevich or Barack Obama or anyone else,” the source said.

• • The shocker: Rezko, a Wilmette businessman who was a top adviser and fund-raiser for Blago, has been locked up at the Metropolitan Correctional Center awaiting an Oct. 28 sentencing — one week before the presidential election.

• • Background: Convicted in June of wide-ranging fraud tied to kickbacks on state deals, Rezko’s involvement in real estate deals with Gov. Blago’s wife, Patti, are also under federal scrutiny.

I'm sure that a few more names could be added, but a perp walk of a few of the senatorial initiators of this financial debacle, spurned by the welfare-minded "loans for deadbeats" initiative, would be a great start. I would guess that a few others would become very nervous.

I wonder which one would sing like a canary first....

Yes, let’s round up 57 of them—and let them forever be known as the ‘Obama 57’.

“five house democrats who should be doing the perp walk tomorrow...”

democrats are perfect. they are incapable of wrongdoing. they are compassionate, wonderful, decent, loving and desirous of saving the human race. because of that, all the republicans should be doing the perp walk tomorrow because they stand in the way of the democrats saving the earth and all people, everywhere.

so be a good boy, go to your re-education camp, confess your sins against humanity and stop this talk about bringing democrats to account for their actions.

IMHO

Strip them of their pensions. They’ve told us that “golden parachutes” are fair game when people are corrupt.

They are not necessarily ignorant nor incompetent nor fools. You must consider what they see as the future of the United States. If that vision is that of a weak country subordinate to, or even a province of the United Nations and supplying the welfare for the rest of the world then they are pretty clear eyed and hardly ignorant. Where it falls down is if they think the US will maintain any sort of prosperity, even for them, if/when they get their Socialist Republic of North America.

O’Reilly’s just pissed because no one came on HIS program and told him to his face that his shares of Merrill Lynch were going into the tank.
