For the record I voted for Sarah Palin in the FR poll, but was disapointed that only 40% of FReepers agreed with me.. I would like to see a new FR poll asking how many FReepers are happy with Sarah Palin.. I bet it would be 90% ---- the same as her approval rating in Alaska.... and soon to be her approval in the USA !!
On another note I wonder if anyone is making bumber stickers that say Vote for Sarah PALIN for VP... because come November that is what I will be doing... John McCain is tha baggage that comes with that vote.. and then in 2012 we (THE GOP) can regroup and consider are options at that time.. but for now.. I am fully on board with Sarah Palin as VP
now.... here is a line I have not used in a while
TOWARD VICTORY !!!

screw you....Im an American, not a Republican or republican........but when the anti-Americans give your nonsense post the notoriety you desire, it hopefully wont amount to but one tiny cut of many thousands of cuts they will employ in trying to get obama elected.......and FR will get the credit for it, not just some guy closet Obama supporter somewhere named davidosbourne
There, fixed that for ya Survivor, and DITTO!

Sarah Palin has our BACK !! You have got to be kidding me!
What is she going to do when McCain is ready to sign CIR or some cockamamie carbon cap and trade bill, take the pen from his hand and break his fingers? Where does it say that the VP has any voice whatever in selecting SCOTUS justices? Selecting Palin was a brilliant tactical move to win the election. However, we will still have that snarling individual who is so fond of calling many of us bigots sitting in the big chair.
As to all the claims of McCain's brilliance in choosing Palin, he would not be the first Presidential candidate to have a VP forced on him by others in the party.

David is just telling the truth.
David wouldn't know the truth if it knocked on his damn front door, and had a sticker on it's jacket that said 'HELLO, My Name is Truth'.
McCrazy is extra baggage. And a lot of it. If elected he will destroy the Republican Party.
Take a look around sparkplug, McCain has done more to revive and unify the Republican Party in the past 24 hours than our illustrious 'compassionate conservative' President has done in four years.
While I do not like Osama Obama he will only last one term.
Do you guarantee our Republic will survive Obama? I say you have no way of doing that.
America survived Jimmy Carter. If we can survive him we can survive anyone.
Wise up fool, the Carter years were the epitome of moderation and wisdom compared to the insanity that will result from an Obama Administration.
McCrazy will put Republicans in the back seat for decades.
Where do you think we are right now? We've got nowhere to go but up, and McCain has demonstrated that he's ready for battle. His VP choice demonstrates this. You're either with him, or you're just another backstabbing conservative-purist who would rather see America turned over to the left so you can sate your ego.
What would Ronald Reagan tell us to do, given the choices this electoral cycle? You think he would tell us to stay home, or undercut the GOP presidential nominee in favor of the VP nominee?
Hell no! Use your head why don't you?

Closet Obama Supporter !! -— LOL -— are you kidding me?? I supported a Duncan Hunter / Sarah Palin ticket.. I would have voted for Obama to express my dissatisfaction with the GOP nomminee and yes, I would rather fight a liberal toe-toe than be stabbed in the back by an “R”

Everything about it. Scan the thread FRiend, Mr. Osborne is on the record as saying that he was going to vote for Obama.
That makes him no FRiend of mine, and no FRiend of anyone who considers themselves a conservative.

yes, and you took it as I was “SUPPORTING” Obama rather than reading the context.. I have also said that I would CONSIDER voting for OBAMA so that I could vote TWICE against McCain... only because I believe in the TWO-PARTY system..

Youre not helping David, you need to STFU.Helping what? The cause of the RINOs?
At first blush, there appears to be nothing wrong with Palin, but McCain has so much baggage it's not funny.
Go ahead. Make that bumper sticker. I just may have to get one and put it on my car.

If you're going to vote GOP, don't disrespect the next Commander-in-Chief before he even takes the damn Oath of Office.Oh, but the supposedly next CiC already disrespected all of us, so why not return the favor?

You posted STFU in the first post. That’s as far as I read. I know how conservative Capt. Osborne is. You should be happy that having Palin on the ticket has swayed countless conservatives to vote for McCain.
Hasn’t swayed me, but that’s just me.

This joker and his dumb ass bumper sticker idea is about as transparent as freshly Windex'd glass.
Let's think about this for a moment, really think about it:
Let's say this numbnutz actually gets his idea off the ground, and these "Vote Palin/McCain=Baggage" bumper stickers start mushrooming all over the damn place. Who thinks such a 'message' is going to benefit the GOP ticket? It will divide the GOP (just like it's already doing right here in this thread) and who benefits from it?
I've had enough of this crap, I'm calling in the big guns,
JimRob? What say you?
I'll defer to whatever our Founder has to say about it.

You posted STFU in the first post. Thats as far as I read.
That's the bottom line, this idea does nobody any good at all.
I know how conservative Capt. Osborne is.
As I see it, Captain Osborne is conservative beyond his common sense. And the rank doesn't impress me, based on this crazy idea of his.
You should be happy that having Palin on the ticket has swayed countless conservatives to vote for McCain.
I didn't need Palin on the ticket to convince me to vote for McCain, I made my mind up when I realized the only alternative was a Marxist friend of terrorists in the White House, and I won't countenance anyone sneering and undercutting the GOP nominee, even a nominee that I was never in love with, and probably never will be, but I'm liking him more these days, and he has my unqualified support, I'm not voting for "President Baggage", I'm voting for John Sydney McCain.
Hasnt swayed me, but thats just me.
Think about 'President Obama' and 'Supreme Court Justice Hilary Clinton'. Does that work for you?

Oh, but the supposedly next CiC already disrespected all of us, so why not return the favor?
The 'favor' you're returning is the possibility of President Barack Hussein Obama controlling the levers of executive power in the White House for at least 4 years.
Your ego and pride means more than the future of our Country?
No need to answer, I've already seen your McCain-screed posts, and if you're not being paid by the Obama campaign, you ought to submit an invoice, because you're doing a damn fine job for them.
