Update 1: Case #08-CV-4083
This is the information I have received as of 5:28 PM EST:
Papers have been filed, not yet scanned into the Pacer system.
The complaint is asking for declaratory (asking the court to declare Obama is not a US citizen, a “natural born” citizen and not eligible under the qualifications of the US Constitution to run for Office of President).
Also asking for injunctive relief and an emergency TRO. Further asking for EXPEDITED Discovery.
We are asking that Obama provide a “ceritified copy” of the oath he took to regain his citizenship. We are asking for court orders, ordering the state department, HI department of records and other governmental agencies to turn over any and everything on Obama, all certified.

Defendant: BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, a/k/a BARRY SOETORO, a/k/a BARRY OBAMA , a/k/a BARACK DUNHAM, a/k/a BARRY DUNHAM, THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE, THE FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION AND DOES 1-50 INCLUSIVE

What’s this “to regain his citizenship”? And “certified” was spelled wrong in the filing papers. I’m thinking this was retyped from some other source.
I assume the first contest will be to see what standing Philip J. Berg has to sue but I assume he claims ‘diversity.’ IF Obama was not a natural born citizen of the US and/or renounced his citizenship and/or had his citizenship renounced on his behalf by his mother, it would seem to present a Constitutional issue and end up in the SCOTUS. I’m looking forward to seeing the complaint itself posted.
Funny how the left jumped all over McCain for being born at a US military hospital in the Panama Canal Zone.

That was my initial reaction. Then I recalled what a kook the guy trying to remove “under God” from the Pledge of Allegiance is, yet he’s had his share of successes.
It says “Certification of Live Birth”, it just didn’t say of ‘what’, lolol!
