Mexico to Make Senator Kennedy Citizen
AZCONSERVATIVE ^ | 20 July 2008 | John Semmens

Posted on 07/23/2008 8:28:58 AM PDT by John Semmens

The Mexican government announced that it will honor U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy by granting him citizenship in what President Felipe Calderón called “the emerging ‘Greater Mexico.’”

“Señor Kennedy’s staunch defense of the rights of so-called illegal immigrants has been a cornerstone of the effort to unite the Norte Americano continent into one political entity,” Calderón proclaimed. “As a ‘founding father’ of ‘Greater Mexico,’ he deserves to be awarded citizenship.”

Calderón contrasted what he contended was Mexico’s “spirit of generosity” in awarding Kennedy citizenship with U.S. plans to build a barrier on the border. “Thanks to the work of Señor Kennedy, the pettiness of those who would attempt to prevent Mexico’s right to reclaim the land stolen from us will prove futile in the end,” he predicted.

Mexico also plans to present Kennedy with the Sangriento Azteca award for “cutting the heart out of the opposition to the aspirations for the free movement of Latinos throughout our common land.”

Mexico will certainly be “greater” if fatass Kennedy were to move there.

Satire: 1 : a literary work holding up human vices and follies to ridicule or scorn
2 : trenchant wit, irony, or sarcasm used to expose and discredit vice or folly

I sincerely hope that U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy be placed on Mt. Rushmore, where he will freeze to death this coming winter.

Are you kidding? With those layers of blubber he would be good until spring. If he can find a Scotch spring.

LOL...no, I think it is more indicative of satire being indistinguishable from reality.

Now, if there were some references to baby-eating martians in there...that *might* be outlandish enough to tip someone off, but...Ted Kennedy being granted honorary Mexican citizenship?

LOL...that is so close to reality you would need to consult with his office to be sure it wasn’t true.

I am forewarned when I see John’s posts...

Kennedy was somewhat disappointed since he was holding out for the Sangria Tacate award! :)
