"Basically throwing me out on the street." Yup. Getting $750,000, as agreed in their prenup, is being "thrown out into the street."
You remember Tricia Walsh-Smith--according to the AP, she vilified husband Philip Smith in a "furious YouTube video, which has attracted more than 3 million hits. She makes embarrassing claims about their intimate life and then calls his office to repeat those claims to a stunned assistant.
"On the video, Walsh-Smith also goes through their wedding album, describing family members as 'bad,' 'evil' or 'nasty,' and expresses concern about eviction from the couple's luxury apartment."
Her routine was so over-the-top that the judge actually sided with the husband, criticizing Walsh-Smith for "a calculated and callous campaign to embarrass and humiliate her husband" in order to extort more money out of him than was in the prenup.
They were married in 1999 and, luckily for Smith, they had no children. If they had, I'm sure by now Smith would be a "child molester," a "wife-beater," and a bunch of other things.

RR....
The judge upheld the pre-nup of $750K. She can’t have more.
RB....
This guy had a pre-nup. McCartney wouldn’t sign one. (Dummy. Paul, not you.)
My cousins father retired to fla. He met this “nice older woman” that took care of him. He called it companionship. Well
this old biddy had 7 husbands before him (he finally married her). She outlived each one including my uncle. She got him to pay off all her cc bills and buy a big SUV for her.
Well since his kids weren’t involved much with him (they now regret, too late as usual) they didn’t know anything.
When he got sick, they went down, sized up the situation and threw the old biddy out on her booty. In no time at all she was back at the Senior Center working on hubby # 9.
Some woman are just sick!!!! I know what it makes the man:}!
They don't believe them; it's a myth that they do. An older man with money knows the difference between what he attracts and what his money attracts. That is why there are prenup contracts. However, what better use of the money could there be?
I was a SmartCar scoffer myself until I saw the crash videos.

You know it.
Some people think women are trustworthy and loving because they are women.
How wrong is that? /rhetorical
Some people think women are trustworthy and loving because they are women.
Surprisingly, they are actual human beings and subject to the same flaws. Who knew?
That was my point.
The interesting thing is whether people regard that little tidbit as good news or bad news...
It's just reality. It's also a reality that some men fall for the gold-digger type. Some men do the same thing....take advantage of mostly older, lonely women.
However, women do this more often to men, than the other way around. Stella McCartney tried to warn her Dad, but he was "In Love".
In any event, it's sad that some men don't see them coming.
Very true. No a highway car by any standard.
I ain’t no lawyer but her admission in one of the videos that they’ve *never* had “marital relations” would mean that, legally, there is no marriage and never has been one.So he goes to court, asks for an annulment, gets it and she’s fresh out of luck.
And in-laws who give him money :-).
Awwww. That’s sad!
OK, you’re not the greatest catch. Neither is any given gorgeous woman. So, now you’re tied.
I can;t arguye with your main point - it is unquestionably right. Men - think very hard about it before you get married
The libido oftentimes has the added effect of shredding any semblance of rational thought. It's occurred with me on more than one occasion....
In my wildest dreams - there is no way that scary looking skank delivered $750K worth of “conjugal accompaniment”
