McCain by far stands the best chance of ever beating b. hussein - IF his camp is extremely bright & sklled, and IF hell play the game he has to, to win. The Obamas are just SO much more dangerous to this country and we have to keep that in mind.I dislike McCain, but I am going to vote for him to stop b. hussein. I wish Fred would get the nomination, and he just might.

He practically admitted that he was a stalking horse for McCain.

The first thing he said was "I think the best candidate got the nominations" or words to that effect.
Later he said something like "I said if I didn't get it I would go home and be a very happy man."
In addition he so clearly didn't want anything to do with the ticket reminding Hannity of how he definitively rejected the idea of being VP in their last interview.

I like your “handle” - must be a western fan, yes? :-)))
Anyway - Very good fred thompson interview on hannity last night - if you go to hannity & colmes on fox news channel http://www.foxnews.com/hannityandcolmes/index.html
you can see both segments. too bad he keeps saying adamantly that he does NOT want vp.

Fred’s door was open for a moment and then not enough to get his foot in it. He will gladly be an advisor to McCain.

Thank you your reply and the link which I followed and was able to hear some of it but I am deaf mostly depend on reading. (I used to go to the cinema in the silent movie days and watch Tom Mix. I don’t think he ever played in the talkies.)
