Tuesday, June 10, 2008 Muslims are Attacking the Minds of our Children
As I stated in a previous column, Muslims are attacking the minds of our children. They are doing this to brainwash them by putting a false positive spin on the religion of hate. This is an attempt to get our kids to accept Islam. Then unfortunately, one day in the future they will see they harsh reality of Islam. By then it just might be too late. This is also a violation of church and state, that is happening more and more. There CANNOT continue to be special rules for Muslims. Or we will eventually lose. I urge all parents to ask their kids if they have had Islam preached to them in school. Or to immediately notify you if they have been told a class on Islam is upcoming. It is then time to take a stand for the future of our children. Please contact the school and any media outlets possible and voice your displeasure. Also threaten the school with a lawsuit on violating the separation of church and state. This is all part of the war with Islam.

Teachers are brainwashing our children.
Politicians are brainwashing your children. TV is brainwashing your children. Biased textbooks are brainwashing your children. Environmentalists are brainwashing your children. And, yeah, some teachers are doing it too. It's our job as parents to make sure we know exactly what our kids are being taught by everyone and everything in their lives. If we do our job right when our kids are young, it should be easy to keep up with the occasional inept efforts to indoctrinate our kids into irrational thought patterns.
Isn't that the idea? And I'm not even creative enough to come up with my own. I plagiarized an old list:
For instance?
What ideas would you like your kids to grow up with, or are they free to decide on their own such issues as whether stealing and adultery are okay, without any guidance from you?
Stealing is not okay in my family. Even disregarding my favorite book, logic tells us that theft leads to anarchy, which hurts everyone.
Adultery is not morally neutral in my family, again even disregarding what the Bible says. As a teacher, I see children from families torn apart by adultery and children from intact families. While it's not an absolute in the sense of mathematical or physical laws, there is a clear difference between the vast majority of kids from intact marriages and the vast majority from divorces. While there are times when divorce is the only answer, when all lesser options have failed or cannot be employed, the (many) divorces motivated by nothing stronger than boredom or a desire to be "fulfilled" carry a heavy price for the children, a price that I consider unacceptable.
How can a parent not address such issues?
An example? My grandparent’s passed on a racist view of the world to my parents. This was an irrational thought pattern.
I am humble enough to recognize that I don’t have all the answers and that there’s a good chance that some of the ideas I am passing on to my son might be wrong. The best I can do for him is teach him to think critically, not to blindly accept everything he hears and to constantly re-evaluate what he thinks he already knows.
See # 10. I’m not saying not to teach values, just to recognize that none of us are infallible. Great tagline btw.
The everlasting truth in such an art-ful form, thanks, God Bless!
You're welcome. I don't think it ever hurts to have a reminder on the basics. The basics are the foundation on which we build our lives.

Amen!, We are actually advised to repeat the obvious truth, it's a good vitamine for the soul, recommended.
