Then all the folks who don't feel overjoyed about what has happened to the Republican Party being taken over by McCain and the Liberal Appeasers (sounds like a rock band), why, they can form a FOURTH party of disaffected Republicans!
I can't bring myself to vote for McCain, or either of the Dems, so I'd love to see more options!

life is a paradox ...in these very days we see unsurpassed courage exhibited everyday by our young men and women separated from family and loved ones, giving to us their very life. At the same time we see the indiscribable cowardice and self serving nature of the morons that call themselves the elite 535.
Hmmm. Confirms something I’ve suspected for a long time - that many Depublicans have had just enough experience to know that Capitalism shouldn’t be killed outright, just chained up so it can be milked for all it’s worth. That optimized THEIR wealth stream.
Now the Dems have got themselves a Messiah who wants to KILL that cow and FEAST on it, and they’re scared he might just win. Who wouldn’t be, in their position?

There WAS A REASON why votes were limited to landowners or other persons of substance in early US law. Universal suffrage inevitably leads to this, I fear. Even here. Go ahead - flame me. Like Galileo, I will still know it’s true.
Well, in 1912, Teddy Roosevelt ran as a 3rd party candidate, leaving the Republican party. The split in the Republican vote helped elect Woodrow Wilson. It’s hard to imagine Hillary going independent would get her elected, but it’s easy to see the split Dem. vote helping elect McCain.
