Obama is John Kerry without the experience. My stepsister is a real lefty (and be careful, I love her to pieces). She is planning to work on Obama's campaign if he wins the nomination. We were discussing him the other day, and I brought up his lack of experience.
Susan: Well, we see what "experience" has gotten us, don't we?
Purrcival: But he doesn't even have a full Senate term under his belt. To me, Obama is like a cake that I've put in the oven for 30 minutes, but for some reason, I took it out after only 10 minutes. He's just not ready.
Susan: (startled pause, then laughing) Well, sometimes, those are the best kind!

This is enormous... bigger than any rally for a single individual I have ever heard of. How does this compare to other "huge" rallies in the past? Do any of you know of rallies with more people than this? Yeah. Hitler.

Raw cake “is the best kind”? Won’t stand up if you take it out of the tray.
Won’t win any awards.
It isn’t up to the job of “cake”. Just try to put frosting on it.

LOL. Another analogy would be cooking a turkey (perhaps more descriptive of BHO) — take it out of the oven early with no assurance that the toxins are gone, and by no means probe it to check if the temperature is OK .... right!
And WTFIIW Susan’s? I know about a half dozen and they’re all big libs.

“Can anyone tell me what this guy has done or said that would attract this many people?”
I’ve been trying to figure that one out as well.

DH said he really enjoyed hearing Obama speak. As I noted yesterday on another thread, Obama sounds like Kermit the Frog to me.
Here's Obama
Here's Kermit
Makes me wonder if Barack learned english by watching Sesame Street.

How does this compare to other "huge" rallies in the past? Do any of you know of rallies with more people than this? When it comes to huge rallies, Obama is an amateur, sweetie.

What do you think the Republican leadership does when they hear numbers like that? Say, "It's only Portland," and laugh.

We're here, we're clear, we're all out for Obama, get used to it! It's Portland, that's shorthand for "You're all out to lunch." Get a clue.

The Obama campaign has been brilliant in Oregon. How are they doing in Kentucky?
To: PJ-Comix
Obama is now the "Presumptive Next President of the United States" Obama is now the Presumptive King of Oregon.

This is not a campaign. It's a movement! It's a "movement," alright, and it stinks like B.O. Plenty!

Speaking of setting someone up for a painful loss. Where has Cindy Sheehand disappeared to? Last I heard, Mother Sheehan was running against Bela Pelosi.
