With God as one of his enemies, you can't blame Jeremiah Wright for having a bad day

RFFM.org Commentary

I know most of you have heard just about enough from the so-called Reverend Jeremiah Wright. I'm sure Barack Obama has. But let's face it, to Republicans and Hillary Clinton, Wright is the gift that keeps on giving.

Nothing more really needs to be said. The man is a bona fide hater and those who receive his hate-filled wrath are in some good company.

On April 28th Wright spoke at the National Press Club in Washington, D. C. Besides the usual tirade, Wright entered into some revealing dialogue after he was asked about his relationship with Louis Farrakhan.

Wright said ...

The more he talks, the more people realize Wright is hate-filled and absolutely anti-American.

Since his ties to Obama are so deep and long standing, this also leads one to look into what Wright actually teaches, his ideology and theology, and what Obama has listened to for the last 20 years.

Wright teaches Black Liberation Theology that was the creation of the black radical James Hal Cone, who took the Latin American Liberation Theology that had been created by Marxists to lure poor catholics into their "revolution" (because they knew their totally Godless marxism would not work), and revamped it for blacks in America.

This theology teaches that Christ was an oppressed black man living under whitey rule (the Romans) who was as much or more of a social revolutionary against white oppression as he was about spiritual salvation. In this sense, the theology is much closer to what the Islamics teach about Christ than what true Christians teach about Him.

It is a hate-filled, bigoted, anti-American, race bating, marxist construct. Here is what it's creator, James Hal Cone, says about it, the same James Hal Cone who Wright constantly refers to and holds up as an icon:

"Black theology refuses to accept a God who is not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill Gods who do not belong to the black community ... Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy. What we need is the divine love as expressed in Black Power, which is the power of black people to destroy their oppressors here and now by any means at their disposal. Unless God is participating in this holy activity, we must reject his love."
This then is the trough from which Barack Hussein Obama has fed and the well from which he has drunk deeply for the past 20+ years.

I caught the part where he said Calypso Louie didn’t make him black. The Rev has a chip on his shoulder against God because I sure didn’t have anything to do with the color of his skin.

I listened to the re-broadcast of his National Press Club speech on C-SPAN and didn’t hear any “God hates white people” rhetoric, so maybe he’s getting soft, or was tailoring his speech to his audience (which included a lot of white people). Apart from his conspiracy theory about the US government creating AIDS, most of what he said was mainstream Democratic talking points—unfortunately for what that says about the Democratic Party. The typical Democratic spokesman on MSNBC, CNN, or FNC is nastier.

Wright said, "Louis Farrakhan is not my enemy. He did not put me in chains. He did not put me in slavery. And he didn't make me this color."

Neither did I, Jerry. But I'm sure you would call me your enemy anyway, because of my skin color.
