It would not be inaccurate to term surgical induced abortion as 'Surgical Thalidomide' -- BRENT ROONEY

Thousands of Black U.S. Women 'Guinea Pigs' for Experimental Surgery 'Surgical Thalidomide' by Brent Rooney, Gabrielle Whiting

'Suction' abortion (VAA, Vacuum Aspiration Abortion) performed on Black American women and Hispanic-American is EXPERIMENTAL UNPROVEN surgery, since there are zero published animal studies demonstrating safety from risks of future premature births, mammary ('breast') cancer, etc. On 16 January 2008 Dr. Sharon Camp, President of the research arm of Planned Parenthood (AGI, Alan Guttmacher Institute) admitted in an e-mail to me that AGI could find no published animal 'suction' abortion study. It is an ethical scandal that 'suction' abortions were performed on humans before safety validation via published animal studies. On 3 December 2007 in response to my e-mail, Dr. Sharon Camp informed me that she had instructed AGI staff to look for references to animal 'suction' abortion studies. On 16 January 2008 Dr. Sharon Camp in an e-mail 'threw in the towel', having provided zero animal 'suction' abortion references. (Dr Sharon Camp's e-mail address: scamp@agi.org )

In 2004 Black American Women had 38.2% of all U.S. abortions, according to CDC (Centers for Disease Control) data. Since Black Women only represent about 13% of the U.S. female population, 38.2% means that Black American Women had 4.1 times the IA (Induced Abortion) rate as the non-black U.S. population in 2004. According to a 2007 study of Missouri women, Blacks have 3.7 times the risk of extremely preterm birth (under 28.0 weeks' gestation). Such 'tiny tots' have 38 times the Cerebral Palsy risk as the general population of newborn (according to a 1991 'study of studies' by Dr. G. Escobar et al.)

This is great news ... if JUST ONE ambulance chaser had the guts to go after PP based on the irrefutable evidence linking VAA and premature birth/birth defects we could bankrupt PP and make every “doctor” that has worked in a clinic wish they had changed their mind before collecting that first paycheck.

“that first paycheck”? I have read that it’s a “cash business” where checks are not accepted nor are these so-called “doctors” paid by check.

depends... you get a paycheck if you work at a franchise like PP ,, if you’re at a small clinic you are likely the owner also or you are paid in cash ... either way you go after the money... no money ,, no business and this is a made to order class action lawsuit... sure it’ll take big money to win but the facts just keep washing over the gunwales.... this will take down PP ... which will give us a splintered industry ,, an industry that can be taken down state by state... just using available laws we can make their businesses much less of a moneymaker and much more like any real business,,, with REAL (not faked) paperwork , adherance to regulations and with actual inspections ... the media coverage as the “bad eggs” are revealed (and that would be most of them... PP is actually the “cleanest” operator if you can believe that) will do wonders for our position.

You’re right that the facts about this whole ugly, barbaric practice would rapidly overwhelm the business and change the view of the general public. The idea of a class action lawsuit against Planned Parenthood is a good one and, followed up with going after the “non-franchised” operators. It’s sort of a guerilla legal warfare where we don’t have to wait for changes in the Supreme Court and then an appropriate case to challenge Roe. I do believe that overturning Roe and returning the matter to the states would all but eliminate the practice of this “barbaric sacrament”. Your idea kind of makes an end run around that. I’m in favor of anything at all which works toward putting an end to this national slaughter whether it be large scale legal and/or legislative efforts, day-to-day help for the women who have made (or are making) the right choice or the “voices” in the culture (movies, music, books, etc.)who might change some “hearts and minds”. One of my songs has been linked at a website which deals with the long-term effects on those who have been involved in making the wrong choice.

I wonder what the malpractice insurance rates are for abortionists compared to regular doctors?
