You’re right that the facts about this whole ugly, barbaric practice would rapidly overwhelm the business and change the view of the general public. The idea of a class action lawsuit against Planned Parenthood is a good one and, followed up with going after the “non-franchised” operators. It’s sort of a guerilla legal warfare where we don’t have to wait for changes in the Supreme Court and then an appropriate case to challenge Roe. I do believe that overturning Roe and returning the matter to the states would all but eliminate the practice of this “barbaric sacrament”. Your idea kind of makes an end run around that. I’m in favor of anything at all which works toward putting an end to this national slaughter whether it be large scale legal and/or legislative efforts, day-to-day help for the women who have made (or are making) the right choice or the “voices” in the culture (movies, music, books, etc.)who might change some “hearts and minds”. One of my songs has been linked at a website which deals with the long-term effects on those who have been involved in making the wrong choice.
I wonder what the malpractice insurance rates are for abortionists compared to regular doctors?
