What I propose next August for the debates....which we can anticipate Thompson verus Hillary, and Richardson verus Alaska governor Sarah Palin (as the Rep VP candidate)...there should be a third debate...with Thompson’s wife versus Bill. I think we’d get 4-star debates here and probably settle alot of things on the public’s mind.

With regard to the last part, I recommend Thompson’s wife hold out for a format without lecturns.

Bill won’t last thirty seconds with his jones going on red alert. When that happens, she wins.

She could pull one of those Clinton moments where she leaves her part of the stage and walks in front of him.

He’d melt. Thompson would win the debate. Hillary would shoot Bill and at long last, at least one Arkanside would be caught on video.

Likewise, " better first lady than Bill Clinton" is exclusively Thompson.

I seem to recall posting a comment that "it'd almost be worth it" if Bill were forced to wear pantyhose and a dress for Hillary's entire term in office. A touch of gallows humor in there, I think - but that post was not alone... I'd seen others which inspired it. I'll stick by my contention that however it may be worded or spoken, this jab at Bill Clinton is already out there in the consciousness of the public.
