ANOTHER OPEN LETTER TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE…

Greetings AGAIN From the FRONT LINE !
Friday 13 July 2007 (10:00am Baghdad, Iraq)
As I write this open letter I am watching with disgust a press conference being held by Democrat Senators Reid, Durbin, Schumer, and Murray. I am asking YOU to help me pass on MY message to these ANTI-AMERICAN Senators and anyone else that agrees with them.
1. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA MUST WIN IN IRAQ !
2. THE UNITED STATES MUST REMAIN IN IRAQ UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE
3. The Iraqi Security Forces ARE getting better, although maybe not as quickly as we would have liked.
4. ALL members of congress MUST quit trying to make TACTICAL decisions, if you want to make tactical decisions resign your position in congress and JOIN THE ARMY !
5. Members of Congress need to quit saying how much they “support” us, while they make every effort to send us home BEFORE the job is done. If you really support us you will understand that WE must continue the fight no matter how much is cost, and YES, I do mean LIVES and MONEY (including my own).
6 Members of Congress and the American People in general need to quit measuring success or failure in terms of casualties, every time you do this you are telling the terrorists that we will QUIT when we reach the “magic number” of dollars spent or lives lost….. THIS MOTIVATES THE TERRORIST !!! Don’t you get it !! WAKE UP !!
7. IF the terrorist know that we will NOT QUIT no matter how many casualties they produce or how much money it costs we would be well on the way to victory ! EVERY American who demands withdrawal/defeat in terms of casualties plays DIRECTLY into the hands of the terrorists.
8. The American people need to do a better job of communicating the message that we are NOT FIGHTING “Muslims” we are fighting TERRORISTS ! We need to do a MUCH BETTER job of communicating to the world that we have no intention of eradicating people based on their “religion” but we DO intend to eradicate folks who KILL INNOCENT people, seek to CONTROL people by the use of force or the threat of force and are ENEMIES OF FREEDOM !
9. The terrorists and their organizations are DETERMINED to win in Baghdad, and are willing to die for their “cause”.. Victory for the Iraqi People and for US will occur when they (the terrorist) realize that the Iraqi PEOPLE are committed to a government in which the rule of law, not the rule terror prevails. So why is it that so many American People and Members of Congress are willing to hand the victory over to the terrorist, when we still have the means to fight. As long as there is ONE DOLLAR left in the war fund, and ONE U.S. and ONE IRAQI SOLDIER STANDING side by side in opposition to ALL the terrorist in the WORLD the fight is NOT OVER ! So quit saying that it is…. NOTE TO CONGRESS…. FUND THE WAR and LET US FIGHT !! We need every American citizen to take on the mindset of GEORGE WASHINGTON… That THIS WAR is so important to the cause of FREEDOM, that we will either win it or DIE fighting it, and pledge our very lives and fortunes to the cause of FREEDOM. If you don’t believe that the war in Iraq IS in fact a fight much larger than Iraq or the United States you are sadly mistaken. THIS WAR is a fight for the very cause of FREEDOM itself and for that cause I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE YOU that I am committed to the fight with my very life. In addition, MOST of my fellows soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines, (Sadly not all) ARE committed to that fight with their lives as well. On a more positive note, soldiers that disagree with this war are at least committed to fulfilling their oath and obligation, and are STILL FIGHTING.. which is more than I can say for many Americans and some members of congress.
10. Please do not confuse anti-western CULTURE organizations, who advocate for CULTURAL differences between "them" and "us".. these organizations disagree with a LOT of what we are and do, HOWEVER many of them STONGLY OPPOSE the use of terror and violence! These folks ARE our ABLE and WILLING ALLIES in the war on terror... These folks understand that the terrorists are killing THEM TOO !. The mindset of a terrorist is such that they will and DO kill fellow Muslims if it accomplishes their agenda of terrorism.
THAT my FRiend is the message we need to speak loud and clear to the world.... if we DO NOT, the terrorist WILL WIN the "PR WAR"? If we let the terrorists win the "PR WAR" they will convince these same people (our potential allies) that the U.S. is out to eradicate peaceful Muslims.... and thus creating a terrorist out of someone who could have been our ally.. That vicious LIE... if successfully TOLD... increases the size and power of the terrorist organizations. To be quite honest we are not doing a good enough job getting THE TRUTH message out. The TRUTH message is simply that we WELCOME anyone who wants to help fight the terrorists and fight for PEACE and FREEDOM, regardless of whether or not they agree with our "western culture" or not. We (The United States) have no intention of imposing our culture, but rather we are offering them a CHANCE at FREEDOM; and THAT my FRiend is something worth fighting for.
11. God Bless the United States of America and our allies in the FIGHT for FREEDOM as we fight the ENEMIES of FREEDOM around the world.

Question: On Iraq and the GWOT,...have you about had enough of the cut and runners...of both parties? Have you about had enough of the Jorge Bush people, who can seem to get over the fact that President George (that’s GEORGE not Jorge you slack jawed mouth breathing moron) supported the McCain-Kennedy bill? And so open thier pie hole on every thread they post too, to those I say GET A LIFE! Have you about had enough of republican politicians who won’t take an unpopular stand on the war because they think it might cost them their seat? David, thank you for another excellent post. I am sorry our troops not only have to fight the terrorists, but their so-called politicians, the media and the lawyers. Harry Reid and his gang of thieves are only concerned about their own sorry rear ends. They can’t stand up for our troops because they have no backbone! They don’t give a hoot about our Nation’s struggle for survival; they can’t even see ten minutes into the future—only their next press conference or snide remark.
They are clueless about what they are doing for the future of their children and grandchildren and the generations who come after them—if they are lucky enough to have one when this motley crew gets finished handing us over to the terrorists. They’ll be the first ones to lie down and give up. They aren’t fit to clean the shoes of all you brave men who are willing to give up your lives, and those who have, to keep Iraq free and our Country safe. They are traitors, make no mistake about it.
When their mothers, sisters, wives and daughters are all wearing burkhas and they are considered to be just above a goat, it will be too late.
Of course for Hillary anything would be a great improvement.
