The Knoxville News Standard has a story by Jamie Satterfield on the Christian – Newsome rape/slayings and the hurt feelings of the MSM show through. The story is all about the gruesome details that turn out – according to unnamed “authorities” – not to be true.
For example, the story that “Christian was held captive and repeatedly gang-raped for four days before her body was found inside a garbage can in one of the suspect's Chipman Street rental house. “ According to Satterfield’s unnamed sources that’s not true at all.
“As it turned out, Christian, though repeatedly raped, was dead within 24 hours of her abduction. “
Whew, that’s better. Twenty four hours of rape and torture are a lot better than four days of same.

His reasons: it’s not a big deal, it happens every day, some (white) racists are running with it, and it’s not a race crime; the “authorities” and the perps said so.
I suppose some of the folks beating the drum on this could bother to contact the county prosecutor and make sure he asks for the death penalty ~

I read this earlier and was enraged at this flaming cover-up. I can’t wait for this lying loser’s liberal newspaper to go banktrupt.
The vehicle was ditched hours later. Whatever the crime, it wasn’t a robbery. You’d have a better chance calling what happened to Matthew Shepherd a robbery gone wrong.
This happened about 80 miles from my house...
The earlier reports on the extent of the atrocities perpetrated on the victims are closer to the truth than the white-wash going on now...
The testimony during the trial will expose a lot of mistruths etc...
Unfortunately, this Satterfield guy is correct in his analysis of the newsworthiness of such crimes. It’s really this simple:
black-on-white crime = dog bites man
white-on-black crime = man bites dog
I recently asked a local LEO friend of mine how often violent white-on-black crimes occur in our local, racially diverse city of about 100,000 people. He paused for a few seconds, and said that he vaguely remembered one from about three years ago. In contrast, several black-on-white crimes occur each week, and several black-on-black crimes occur each day.
