I have a turkey question that I hope someone out there can answer. I am cooking TWO turkeys for Christmas. They are the Publix pre-cooked young turkey breast turkeys. Okay, each one will say to cook for 3 hours in the oven. However, since I will be cooking TWO of them at the same time together in the oven, would I need to cook them for longer? And if I need to cook them longer, how much additional time should I add?
Let me know if you want on the DUmmie FUnnies PING List.

If they're pre-cooked, why do they need to be in the oven for three hours?

Is this a moment of lucidity in the Bat Cave of DU?
Rangel has really jumped the shark with this one! Sheesh! Hope it shoots all of them in the foot in '08!

**Remember when Congressman Charles Rangel introduced a proposal in 2003 to re-instate the draft?**
YES! And I sure did have a hard time convincing people that it was a DEMOCRAT who proposed the stupid bill.

If they're pre-cooked, why do they need to be in the oven for three hours? Oops! I think they aren't pre-cooked. Just specially prepared. Anyway the instructions say to cook at 400 degrees for 3 hours. I have already cooked them individually before with incredible results but now I need to cook them together. How much ADDITIONAL time do I need if any?

**It puts the pro-war idiots on the spot and makes people think.**
Makes people think what? That Democrats want everyone to go to Iraq? You're right, it will make them think that.

How big is your oven and how big are the turkeys? Small to normal sized oven. Turkeys about 7 pounds each. Remember these are those specially prepared turkey breasts. I find the Publix young turkey breasts are the BEST. You get all white meat with a minimal amount of bones. EASY to cut. Okay, I understand Thanksgiving traditionalists might object but I like ease and comfort when preparing turkey.
