DUmmie FUnnies 11-08-06 ("IMPEACH BUSH!")
DUmmie FUnnies ^ | November 8, 2006 | DUmmies and PJ-Comix

Posted on 11/08/2006 5:25:35 AM PST by PJ-Comix

In a weird way, the Democrat victories in the House and Senate yesterday were a good thing in the long run. Yeah, it's hard to see it now but already we see the beginnings of the big Democrat crackup as the loonies start elbowing their way around and come up against the professional Democrats. Such is the case that we see here in this DUmmie THREAD demanding to "IMPEACH BUSH!" When they find out that the impeachment process won't be happening RIGHT AWAY the DUmmies will screech about betrayal thus tearing the Democrats apart even more. Simultaneously we will see the DUmmies confronting the Hillary Machine in her bid for presidential nomination. Now that the DUmmies had a taste of success, they will demand that one of their own, NOT Hillary, receive the nomination. So stand by folks for a lot of upcoming fireworks from within the Democrats. In the meantime, let us now observe the DUmmies make their IMMEDIATE impeachment demands in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, reminding himself that a two-year interregnum is not an eternity, is in the [brackets]:

IMPEACH BUSH!

[We won a few hours ago...LUNACY NOW!!!]

IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH BUSH!

[The one dimensional mind in all its glory.]

Impeach Bush? IMPEACH BUSH! IMPEACH! IMPEACH!

[So you want Nancy Pelosi to start off by breaking her promise of no impeachment?]

And Cheney .... President Pelosi in '07 is the goal of 'WE THE PEOPLE ..." Make it happen ........................

[Sorry but in case you haven't noticed the Democrats still don't have the two-thirds of the Senate needed to convict. No President Pelosi in '07 or any other time.]

IMPEACH BUSH!

[Your disappointment will be FUn to watch. And you can't blame Bush when that doesn't happen. Your own Democrats will be getting flamed for that.]

That is a Good idea but possibly bad politics.

[Bad politics have never stopped the DUmmies before.]

Time's a wasting... Let's not delay this any further!

[Start picketing Nancy Pelosi when she doesn't start impeachment IMMEDIATELY.]

but Speaker Pelosi says NO! will she let have at his ass?

[You'll want to kick her ass if she does not break her promise.]

President Pelosi IMPEACH BUSH!

[Democrat civil war is going to be interesting.]

Let the subpoenas fly, Mr. Conyers, Mr. Rangel, Mr. Skelton .

[Yes. Let the public see these clowns in action. Great way to start off your return to power.]

Before it's too late! First order of bidness!

[Before it's too late! First order of bitterness!]

It's not just politics. This is my life. My career. This was, by far, the worst decision President Bush has ever made.

It's not just politics. This is my life. My career.

You're young. Surely you didn't expect everything in politics to stay the same forever? Rumsfeld served 6 years, which is a hell of a long time.

This was, by far, the worst decision President Bush has ever made.

Not in the least. He did what was necessary pollitically. Bush's decision to keep his veto pen in its original plastic and sign bloated spending bills seems a lot worse. As was his decision to sign campaign finance "reform" and expect the Supreme Court to veto it for him.

No, obviously it wasn't going to stay the same forever. I thought Rumsfeld would be there until January 2009. Because that's what President Bush SAID. I trusted him. Now I don't.

The problem is, we have troops in Iraq right now who are going to be screwed hard.

Well, with nothing left to lose, President Bush should now reinforce our deployment there with double the number of troops and order a ruthless offensive to wipe out the insurgency. Unfortunately however, I do not think he will.

Coffee is an acquired taste but once you acquire it, you can't get enough of it.

I have loved Cuban style coffee ever since I got my first taste of it when I lived in FL. Now my cardiologist won't let me have caffeine, and no one sells decaf Cuban roast coffee in this area, or any Cuban roast for that matter. Now I have to make do with Starbucks decaf Verona roast or Millstone decaf French roast from Publix.

I would love to spend another lazy morning in the little Cuban bake shop I used to frequent in the Ybor City section of Tampa, sipping that delicious Cuban coffee that you can't buy in a store and washing down about a half dozen warm and gooey guava or key lime pastelitos (Cuban style turnovers). In that setting I could almost forget that Relosi and Reid are now in charge of Congress.

If you're located in Dade-Broward area PJ you may understand what I mean when I talk about Cuban coffee and bakery goods. I have also enjoyed a fabulous Cuban pork and rice dish in a Cuban owned restaurant on SW 8th St in Miami, and I'm sure there are many good Cuban bakeries in that area as well.

They seem to be just as happy about Ortega's win in Nicaragua as they are about the Dem's win in Congress. Their conservative masks will come off and then the American people see what "change" they voted for.

I understand that there is a process to passing laws, etc., but there is absolutely no reason for making any changes, to take as long as it does.

One major reason why the GOP leadership couldn't produce the results we wanted is that they didn't have a majority unless they catered to the RINOs in both houses who held the balance of power. By the time the few bills that would have had a real conservative impact in their original version had been revised in committees and watered down enough by amendments to get lukewarn approval from the RINO contingent they were hardly worth bothering with in most cases.

I still think that if the GOP Congressional leadership had wanted to pass a really tough and effective illegal immigration bill, and had been able to get that done in spite of RINO and Rat opposition, they would not have lost Congress yesterday. I don't think they have ever gotten an accurate picture of the deeply felt emotional outrage that so many otherwise sensible conservatives feel concerning that one issue. I think that issue is also partly responsible for Bush's low approval ratings in the last year or so. For some reason or other he is adamantly opposed to the very thing that I believe could possibly have salvaged his very desirable position of having a friendly Congress to work with instead of the Rat's obstructionist tactics he will have to contend with for the remainder of his term.

Those are just my opinions, and since my political instincts are practically non-existant my opinions on political matters are not necessarily correct or even close to correct.

How'd I know that this would be the first thing on the DUmmies minds? At this rate, the blowout win in '08 is going to be so sweet.

Great funnies today PJ.
Nobody gets out of this world alive.
Life's too short to worry about politics.
Especially democrat politics.

It's going to be funny indeed. Their victory came about due to the recruitment of moderate to conservative Democrats. However, the lunatic fringe will be heading the committees. Good luck to Heath Shuler when the DUmmies demand that he push to impeach Bush when he knows full well that it will torpedo him back home.

Postum is a caffeine-free beverage made from various grains. Mormons drink it cause they can't have caffeine.

Postum was my gateway drug to caffeine. I had it all the time when I was a kid before graduating to hard core coffee.

My body SCREAMS for it every morning.

I'm also addicted to coffee. It's what I look forward to every morning -- and the way I make it, thick and rich, is sublime, IMHO.

Hoping my internist doesn't get on my case for it, since I unfortunately have acid reflux. But I put a lot of milk in it, anyway, so that should neutralize some of the harshness.

Speaking of Heath Shuler, he might be facing a fellow Freeper in the next election.

The Dummies do not understand how things work.

I was a Dem in my younger days -- or should I say "dim"? Once I grew older and understood more the ways of the world, did I become sickened and disillusioned with that party. 9/11 was the final nail in the coffin; I switched to the Republicans.

You're right, the Dems are painfully naive. The problem is, they're perceptive about certain things, but take them out of context without understanding the whole picture. I might even suggest that they're stunted.

This election has me not only sad, but scared. Leaving the nation in these people's hands is like giving an automatic weapon to a six-year-old.

It's just occurred to me: shouldn't they be calling themselves Democratic ABOVEground now?

The DNC isn't going to be able to ignore the DAmmies anymore - it's up to YOU to see that they can't.
