It is time to call a spade a spade. This is a letter to my generation, to my country.
The great American experiment is failing. It is not because of a criminal president and a corrupt regime as some would have you believe. It is because we are allowing a great enemy to infiltrate our country because we are too afraid to call him out for what he truly is. Islam’s irreconcilable wing of fascists are the greatest threat America has ever known, and they have come here.
A picture has been painted for these people as freedom fighters. And why shouldn’t Americans be able to identify with that? Through the 60's and the 70's, members of out country took radical steps to push off the control of the man. They told us that “by any means necessary” the proper steps needed to be taken to save the American experiment from injustice. They had good reasons though. We had been told since the conception of this country that “all men were created equal” and those in their prime during the 60's and 70's made great strides in making sure that applied to women, minorities, and later to homosexuals. The dream of Martin Luther King, and of Thomas Jefferson, was made a reality. The great American experiment had made great improvements.
Fast forward to today, where extremist Muslims attack innocent civilians in the name of rebelling against “the great white Satan” because they believe themselves oppressed and their way of life endangered. It is hard not to want to say that they are exercising the same methods. And so, those who fought for women’s and minorities’ rights now see a brother in the continued struggle against the man. Today’s political left sees this Islamic fascist movement as another tool to get back at their common enemy. They would be incorrect, and it is leading to the failure of the American experiment.
We have seen it happen in Europe already. Denmark, Paris, Madrid, and even London are all privy to areas where the police are afraid to go in because extremist Muslims have taken over, enacting their perverted sharia-law on those who they believe step out of line. Once great bastions of liberal thought and once hearts of the fight for democracy as the west battled tirelessly against Nazis and the Soviet Union, these places are becoming bastions of hate for the west, hate for freedom and democracy, and breeding grounds for the next generation of terrorists. In the name of multi-culturalism, and in the name of their continued struggle against the man, America’s left and their counterparts across the globe have given the terrorists these once proud cities, and perhaps New York, Philadelphia, Boston, and Washington, D.C. are next.
The welfare state today’s left enforces in the inner cities of our great cities are full of people disenfranchised with the American experiment. The message of Christian preachers and Catholic priests is lost on the welfare state. Those who wish for everything to be handed to them, and those who believe that because of their own past they are instead entitled to what America has to offer instead of working for it, would not hear of the message of treating others with dignity as well as carrying out their own lives in such a manner as Jesus Christ proclaims. Yet, we see mosques springing up in every inner city because the message that America is evil and oppressing is what speaks to these people. The world which the left helped to create is the one that will unravel the great American experiment. Women’s rights will be all but forgotten in the name of enacting sharia-law on them any time they step out of line. Regulated to the house, forced to cover them selves up, and condemned to stoning if another man even glares at them. The educational and vocational opportunities that the left fought so hard for women will all go to nothing because the left does not understand the true nature of this enemy. As for homosexuals, their mere existence is distasteful to those who threaten this country via Islamic-based terrorism and they would be wiped out if the powers that ought-not-be ever took over. Hollywood, the music industry, and all other forms of expressiveness will become censored and stifled worlds where creativity is no longer king, but where expressing and furthering the perverted view of Islam and hatred of all things liberal and democratic will be paramount. Education will no longer be about teaching our children how to be productive members of society and proud members of this country and its democracy, but instead they will be taught to hate anything associated with today’s free world. Christians, Jews, atheists, all other religious beliefs, and even moderate Muslims all have something to lose. Whites, blacks, Hispanics, and all other minorities have something to lose. Those who do not subscribe to these fascists perverted view of Islam have everything to lose.
It is time to take the war on terror seriously. One way to help save the American experiment is to change the dynamics of the original breeding spots for this terrorism. By helping to bring democracy to the Middle East, generations of young middle easterners will value life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness too much to help out the Islamic fascists when the call on home to help their efforts here. Furthermore, by rooting out the terror networks there it will make the networks being developed here exponentially weaker. This also includes implementing and executing the programs necessary to interrupt and halt communications between those who wish to harm us in the middle east and those who wish to harm us here.
It is time to take immigration and transportation security seriously. While it is imperative to our economy to allow Americans to enter the country and to have them move about freely, we must use these bottlenecks as checkpoints to stop those who attempt to harm this country from moving around too freely, or to make sure they never get into the country at all.
It is time to take law enforcement seriously. Terror networks are infiltrating our inner city gangs and arming them for their believed common struggle against America. They are preying on the most downtrodden and most degenerate of our society because they can offer them the tools to fight. Unlike Europe, we must be able to look our domestic dangers in the face and fight back against the gangs and drug networks which have taken over our inner cities, on whom these evil Muslims are coming into this country and appealing too. To this end, the economic reform necessary to end the hopeless cycle of the welfare state and continue America’s recent economic success by making sure small business and the overall economy are able to provide individuals with jobs to not give them the excuse to not engage in the American economic culture.
It is these three issues which are paramount to the continuation of the American experiment - that experiment which has warranted opportunities to humanity like no nation before it.
Ladies and gentleman, it is time to call a spade a spade. It is time to take action. It is time to save America, and the world.

We are clearly getting our ass kicked in many ways.
From Dearbornistan to our borders, from Boston’s Big Dig to Katrina’s FEMA lunacy, over and over there are places it is obvious “America” is flailing or failing.
However, you can finish a semester with a passing grade even if your midterms sucked. I think that is where we are now.
The Founders were very clear that only good, moral people with some sense of history and edumecation would be able to live free. Today we have many people in our midst that do not know right from wrong, or even acknowledge the existence of right and wrong. Today we have many people in our midst too stupid to read this sentence. Worse, now we have Islamists and A.N.S.W.E.R. types, militant unassimilated immigrants and Code Pink Moonbats, presented to these dumb, less than good people as viable rising sub-cultures.
But, do I think America will fail? Hell no.
Do I think America is flailing at some pretty important things? Of course it is. The evidence is overwhelming.
So, what do we do? Here’s a good start:
Pray.
Teach.
Make Babies.
Repeat.
Simplistic, yes, this whole 195 word rant/analysis is. But, that doesn’t mean I’ve failed. Grin.
I think people are getting very hung up on the word "failing." I realize that now that its not being taken as I meant. I meant, rather, the experiment is in jeopardy, in danger being ended because of what is happening both inside our borders and out.
You cannot change these terrorists for the better. Many people still need to realize that they want us ALL dead. I think Tom Delay put it best when he said, "You put them in a cell or you put them in the cemetery."
Simplistic, NOT!
Much of what you said makes sense and seems right. But in this excerpt you imply that a democratic approach will somehow root out the terror networks. I fail to see how that would be a logical sequence. Terrorist cells can exist, or even expand, in a free and democratic society. As we are seeing here, the supporters or apologists can use democratic structures to block effective measures to contain or reverse such insidious threats. There's nothing illegal about what Harry Reid or George Soros have said, even if it is very wrong-headed and enables the enemy. Freedom of speech is necessary.
A democratic and open, free society is genetically subject to any number of anti-democratic diseases. The democracy experiment will fail if we do not sufficiently respect how fragile it is, and if we do not address those threats that use its strength to tear it down. It's a tricky business, but it can be done.
George Bush was on some level trying to make the point in Iraq that there is an alternative to radicals and terrorism. We can pray that he was right, because if not we are in deep yogurt. This follows the Christian model that says there is an alternative to sin and evil.
OK, well, words have meanings. Thanks for clarifying.
I'll just point out that the "experiment" is a always in jeopardy, hence the need for unrelenting, sincere, and well-informed vigilance on the part of the citizenry to protect and preserve the gift the Founders gave us.
