But thanks to Alex Thomson's report we now know that Guerin has just walked up the same street as him, the one with the view across the valley to "the outer areas of town virtually intact". At the same time Guerin was saying "This town has really been wiped out", she could look over her cameraman's shoulder and see this:

I agree. At least they should mention that their reports are censored... they do say Israel does it.
Local medias perhaps; but BBC not under threat; nor Western media per se.
But BBC like much of the 'world-stream/MSM is portraying news because it's follows their Utilitarian mindset; one that is not tethered by Conscience or Principle; nor guided as well.
They do say it; but when they qualify 'what' Israel does; the differences are quite clear.
Israel censors their news so as to protect their Military operations; protect their citizenry. . .by not naming locations etc.
OTOH; the absolute contrivance by the 'world-stream'/MSM; whether by 'eye witness' reporting and/or filming/taping; manipulates/distorts the truth so as to serve themselves and their own shared agenda of political sympathies.
They are not censoring the news for legitimate and moral reasons; they are manufacturing news and creating a false reality.
These Leftist Utilitarians hold to no high-ground by their manipulations of the Truth; but then they are not hampered or tethered by Conscience; nor guided by it either. . .
. . .which is all to say. . .Israel may censor their news. . .the 'other' manufactures it. . .

Do not doubt warnings from HZB. . .a censoring of what is said - lest it offset their own propaganda - while noting as well, different motivations guiding Israel - from those that 'guide' HSB. . .
. . .but as to this posting; the issue was not one of censorship per se. . .i.e. what the media does NOT say but what they are offerinig as 'eyewitness' reporting. . .which is 'falsifying' the news; and they are not falsifying news to please HSB; but as you offer, precisely because they are in sympathy with this enemy.
And they are doing a lot of falsifying - so it would seem;(as per 'Green Helmut' who, so blatant, has now been featured on Fox News albeit, his presence was noted by bloggers first. . .)
