I loved Lost in Space!!!!! We used to play it in the backyard of Vinnie Palumbo's house, I was always the June Lockhart character! (LOL! Vinnie Palumbo, yep, I grew up on Long Island, NY!)

"Danger, Danger Wil Robinson"!

I loved that show as well! Once in a while the local cable company will put one on and I watch it! I was in love with Don, LOL! Dr. Smith was soooooooooo bad! I have a sweater with sleeves that "grow" during the day and it's red and I always feel like waving my arms and saying "danger, danger Will Robinson"! But TV has NO affect on children! ;)

They are just a tad too old for me. I was Scott Baio, Willie Ames, Jimmy McNichol, and Leif Garrett. How embarrassing is that?

I don't remember MTV until college, although we got cable when I was Junior in high school.

I'm sick and tired of the boomers imposing their trends, their ideas and their fashions on me.

At least their music features real musicians and singers with talent.

Rap is total cr@p and even worse at a concert.

One person who can't sing usually has 5 others who can't sing come out and all sing at once to sound like dogs howling in a trash can.

Should I, a proud member of Generation X (at least I think I am in X,) say something? LOL

For the record, though, at age 9, my older sisters made me get a John Travolta Saturday Night Fever haircut...not the best of ideas!!!

Yeh, "boomers", if there needs to be a silly designation in the first place, should only be from '46 through around '55.

C'mon now, you know you had at the very least:
1) Keep on trucking...
2) The poem, "I do my thing, you do your thing and if by chance we find love, it's beautiful". (leftover from when my brother inhabited the room).
3) That psychedelic poster of Hendrix.
4) The picture of a pharmaceutical bottle of cocaine on its side with flakes coming out of it. (again, leftover from my brother).
5) At the very least, one black light poster.

It was Annette who got me interested in two things that have ever since fascinated me.

It was "baracuda" (Baron Baracuda)and it scared me too. The figures were static and the mouths moved, and Baracuda's lower lip just moved up and down. Horrifying.

"Below in the deep there's adventure and danger,
That's where you'll find Diver Dan.
The sites that he sees are exciting and stranger
Than ever you'll find on the land!"
