I want to say I'm amazed, but I'm not. Those people scare me. Should they ever gain power in this country we are done.

What a truly evil place is DU! I wish we could let that Marine know how much we love and appreciate him. I hope he comes here to FR. I just feel so sad for him. Coming home to a sorry welcome like that from DU. I just hope he knows most people don't think like that.

Every word I posted on DU was true (or at the very least my opinion).

I have been posting there for a couple years. Never about politics. But as TSLP, I made a point to simply state facts and defend attacks against my brothers in arms.

When I left for Iraq, I posted a "goodbye", that quickly turned into insults and was locked. Now I have returned, I posted a "I'm back", which quickly turned to insults and I have been banned.

I found out about THIS thead, because it was linked from DU. But yes, it is me. I am that Marine, I am "The Sad Little Pony".

Call it a socio-political experiment to reveal the nature of the site.
