Judging from JFK's Inaugural Address ("we will support *any* friend,oppose *any* foe"),the speech he delivered at the Berlin Wall ("let them come to Berlin") and his call for substantial,across the board tax cuts ("a rising tide lifts all boats"),I'd say that he would have switched to the GOP long ago,just as his seat mate (Governor Connolly) did.

For some reason I haven't gotten a lot of comments lately and all I got was some mean spirited BS from one whacked out lib on this one. I normally don't remove comments, but this guy was clearly a bit unhinged over something that was (mainly) a joke...
