While Al Franken continues to have his pick of cable and late night television interviews, there may be signs some are leery of his creepy Rove/Cheney/Bush "execution" rhetoric.
Appearing on CNN yesterday, Franken's American Morning interview segment seemed abruptly cut short as soon as he brought up this supposed "joke".
Were producers ready and waiting to pull the plug?
Interviewer Zain Verjee became visibly uncomfortable as soon as Franken mentioned the "E" word. Was that the planned segment end, after just three minutes?

His "career" is at an end.
He is a "never was" so far as a career is concerned. I never thought he was funny.
Flunking the straight-face test, he responded to a question about why he had a corner on the "truth" market:
"It's the truth, because I actually do the research."
Isn't this the guy who had to go on the witness stand and say that what he writes is so obviously untruthful that no normal person could construe it as anything other than a joke?

Franken is a raving and ignorant imbecile. Ignore him, he is harmless and sooner or later he will fade away. You can not take this man seriously unless you are insane.
Guess it's time to run for the MN senate.

Al Franken Moves Left ... to Minnesota
Al Franken tells USA Today that he is moving back to Minnesota as he lays the groundwork to run as a Democrat for the U.S. Senate.

Next he would like to be a U.S. Senator. Franken says he is saying he’s seriously considering running for the U.S. Senate in 2008 -- for the seat now held by Minnesota Republican Norm Coleman.
I doubt if Franken can "seriously" consider anything!!! He is a mad-man.
Franken running for senate? Now that would be a joke.
I heard that Franken was one of the few who ate the "Brown Acid" at Woodstock.
The only time Franken has ever been believable is when he played the imbecile to Davis's smart foil.

How amusing a debate would be with Coleman and Frankless.
I remember when Franken first began appearing on SNL. I thought who is this loser? Why would they have such an unfunnny guy on such a funny show? Then I learned that had been writing for SNL for years. I figured it was a "I'll take my ball and go home" type hissy-fit that got him in front of the cameras. That was long before I ever heard a single political thought of his. I thought he was the most annoying moron alive.
Now the Dixie Chicks on the other hand.. I must admit that I really enjoyed their music. But now they make my skin crawl.
