They (Moonbats) will be pissed when they see that Bush will not go softly in Lame Duckdom.
To: Welsh Rabbit
Yet, they're putting even more hope in this than they did in Ohio, the Downing Street Memo, Gannon, ect. They've already forgotten about Karl Rove. A couple of weeks ago, DUmmieland was ALL about Karl Rove. Now Rove has been forgotten and it is ALL about Cindy Sheehan.

these people have no room to be talking about anyone being "fragile mentally"No doubt! Considering the number and amount of mood altering drugs that these dregs of society boast about taking.....

I don't think this exceeds the action on the STOLEN ELECTION (Nov....Dec..a whole forum), but it is getting there.
$kimmer ought to make a separate forum for the DitchWitch.

A portion of them are reliving their glory days in the late 60 's early 70's and their "anti-war", "give peace a chance" days Back in their "glory days", there would be several hundred THOUSAND protesters, not several HUNDRED....
Their "glory" is as pathetic as it is brief....

Didn't CHB have a story something like this in 2004?Yep, this story has been done before. That was back when Freepers had some modicum of respect for that organization. Since then, CHB has less credibility than DEBKA.

I don't remember too much about the story except that some shrink who never even met the President was psycho analyzing him, which kind of teed me off when a liberal friend sent me the article.
Something even further back in my memory, maybe as far back as 2000, was that CHB had been sold to a new party. I don't know if CHB was originally a conservative owned site or just a non-partisan muck raker trafficking in all sort of D.C. rumor, but after the sale I seem to remember it becoming more moonbatty and I saw fewer and fewer stories posted from there on FR.

You sir, missed your calling, You'd have made a great comedian!! Where do you get this stuff? Thank you. It's not that I missed my calling, it's just that I've got a higher one: I'm a minister of the gospel of Christ. I like to write comedy for fun, as a hobby. I did some comedy bits on an all-night radio show in Chicago when I was in college in the early '70s. My influences were guys like Steve Allen, Bob and Ray, Jean Shepherd, Allan Sherman, Stan Freberg, and Tom Lehrer.

Jean Shepard??? WOW, I haven't heard that name in a long time!
Well your right, your higher calling is a good one! Not one that has to be without humor though, it is after all, a gift!

Jean Shepherd I used to send stories in to Jean Shepherd. The first one (about racing cockroaches) I sent him, he read word for word. Then I sent him one story per week for about 4 years and he read almost all of them. Once I was in a car listening to Jean Shepherd. The woman next to me was amazed that I could recite exactly what Shepherd was about to say a beat before he actually said it. Of course, it was another of my stories that Shepherd was reading.
Not a likeable guy in person, however. I met him twice and he was unpleasant in a cold way. However (name drop, name drop), I did meet Steve Allen out in L.A.. We ever wrote letters back and forth for awhile. Great guy!

Steve Allen, Bob and Ray, Jean Shepherd, Allan Sherman, Stan Freberg, and Tom Lehrer It occurs to me that that group all came from a particular generation. I just checked, and they all were born during the years 1921-1928. (You could also add Mort Sahl and Soupy Sales to that group.) So they were at their peak when I was a kid and young man.
