Either Spector's office is wrong or Spector can't keep his big trap shut.

Yeah, from October 4, 2001... I was thrown off by this for a second too. It is when she was elevated to her current position. Sen. Spector is passing it around as background for the upcoming SCOTUS confimation of Edith Clement.

Giving the Senators a heads up it seems to her 2001 confirmation hearing testimony and written responses so they can review then prior to the upcoming hearing and confirmation process is my guess.

Either Spector's office is wrong or Spector can't keep his big trap shut.
And since both of those choices are usually the case, who knows?

Ummm...yes. Well.
Either Specter is part of a carefully choreographed fake-out and Bush will nominate Janice Brown or Jones to the High Court tonight or....
Spector isn't to be trusted.
