I think he will also, based on his earlier record and based on his campaign promises. You can say some negative things about Bush but he does stay largely faithful to his rhetoric.

All the things I don't like about Bush - prescription drugs and spending, not securing the border etc. are pretty much things he told us he would or would not do. The things he told us he would do that I support him for - prosecuting the WOT, tax cuts, originalist judges - so far have been accurate.
