LOL. I'm very hopeful Bush will nominate originalists. I have faith that he will. His judicial nominations have been very good so far IMO.

I think he will also, based on his earlier record and based on his campaign promises. You can say some negative things about Bush but he does stay largely faithful to his rhetoric.
