Time For New Excuses? Liberals Still Going Nowhere
The Radio Equalizer ^ | May 24, 2005 | Brian Maloney

Newly released Arbitron radio ratings bring some questions to mind, such as:

--- Will Air America's apologists finally come up with a fresh batch of excuses, after insisting more time was needed for it to catch on? Isn't that one getting stale?

--- Will some of the traditional talk stations, now showing audience declines, make changes soon?

It truly is amazing that there are so many successful conservative talk radio shows on a nationwide basis and virtually no lib ones. Why don't libs listen to lib talk shows? I'm truly curious. Can't tear themselves away from the bong, or are they merely acknowledging the outright lies and lack of reality in todays liberal thought?

I should have put quotes around liberal "thought". I don't think libs think, they react emotionally to everything. When they're not regurgitating robot-like something they've heard from their lib puppetmasters.

Why don't libs listen to lib talk shows?

It's even too depressing for them.

Who the Hell wants to hear bads news all day long every day?

Have a liberal friend I play golf with and we do not discuss politics AT ALL. We both have had catastrophic events we have lived through that continue to plague us. He recently started taking anti-depressants. I advised him to stop worrying about what other people drive, eat, smoke, watch, listen to, read and how they vote and maybe he wouldn't be so depressed.

There's a lot to what you say. I have two lib sisters who are a lot wealthier than me but who are always miserable. The wealthiest one was going on one day about how bad everything under the sun was. I asked her if her life wasn't too bad. She had to admit that her life was pretty good. Libs are always concerned about that someone else who is a "victim". For libs the glass is always half empty.

Why should libs bother to listen to lib radio talk. They get everything they want off of the front page, the morning TV shows and the evening TV news.
