lutz - I have 2 questions, and these are the only 2 questions that matter to me. Everything else is hyperbol. These 2 questions should be easily verifiable with ANY assistance from Undie.

1. Has Undie been verifiably diagnosed with pancreatic cancer?

2. Is Undie scheduled for surgery at Johns Hopkins?

Undie could easily clear up these two issues, if he so desired. So could Johns Hopkins. If both are affirmed, I would ask no further question.

Okay, I'm headed off to work, to get all the books done by tomorrow morning, so I can watch the felonious Andy 24/7/365 beginning sometime tomorrow (after dinner, after church, after getting cigarettes, whatnot).

DUmmieland has been pretty quiet most of the day; but appearances of course can be deceiving. And based upon historical observation of DUmmieland, "quiet" is usually suddenly erupted.

I just sent the latest on the felonious Andy to Bev Harris.....again. I am sure she reads it, but I doubt if she will "comment," least of all not in here.

So on March 23, Undie said, "Biopsy has been done." You would think he would have a "verifiable paper" record of that biopsy. Since he did post the purported result of that CT scam scan at JH the other day--which by the way nowhere mentions any previous biopsy or cancer diagnosis--why could not Undie post a record of that March biopsy?!

Also, the two pages purportedly from Drs. Hartman and Pannu that Undie posted the other day, and which I reposted on the MOADUFU (Mother Of All DUFUs)--those two pages have since disappeared. Undie must have made them inaccessible from his Photobucket. KJ, Speed, Frank, anybody: Do you have a screen capture of those two pages that you could post on this thread?

I don't know if this was posted before but this person at DailyKOS isn't buying it either:

all of the emails I have received since Andy left BBV.org asking for money.

I have been asked by him to donate to bbv.org which turned out to be a disaster and even had TUs asking on his behalf.

When he left BBV I received emails asking to finance him personally to continue working election fraud issues.

When those dried up a bit I got an email saying Andy was sick and needed money for tests.

Now I'm getting daily emails saying Johns Hopkins is withholding treatment until 50k is raised. Again all money is going to him personally.

So forgive my skepticism.

Is john Hopkins the only place he can have this done by qualified professionals and is 50k the cheapest it can be done by such a professional?

Or are we asking for money so he can get the best treatment money can buy?

That is not true. I've been on the phone with Johns Hopkins since May 2nd proving this is all a hoax.

This was going to come out. Andy is just stalling until all the paypal money is released.

Principles refusal to admit any lies were employed to raise the money. This is all the proof anyone needs that these scammers are relying on the fact that Andy is the only one that is going to be investigated. They also believe that Andy hasn't said anything actionable.

What they don't know is that everyone from Skinner down to Grandma of triplets is being investigated as we argue.

Principle’s response no doubt will be similar to sfexpat's when she said she'd love to speak to the FBI.

I hope they also won't mind speaking to Hopkins Lawyers who are less than pleased with the methods used to collect the money.

Yes a Johns Hopkins lawyer can be grateful for information and forthcoming with his opinions about how Hopkins name is being abused for fundraising efforts by a patient or non patient. He can also tell you how many people have been inquiring about the “scam”

So principle back to you for a second.

Again let me ask how the running totals were calculated.

Why if sfexpat had access to Andy’s pay pal information to check donations did she need everyone to email her the amount they donated?

If she didn't have that access why did she ask anyone to email her? Did she not trust the numbers Andy was/would provide?

Is it illegal to challenge a payment once suspicions are raised and not debunked? Do you even know if "Steve" donated? From what I've read that seems highly unlikely.

Even though many DUmmies have speculated he donated as part of the dastardly plan to kill Andy. But, from what you say he wouldn't have needed to donate. Just calling and asking a question is enough to lock the funds and threaten his survival.

It's really quite telling that it is me you threaten here on this site. Why me? why not all the others that have cast aspersions on Andy's credibility and likelihood of actually having cancer.

Can you point to where Andy actually says he has cancer and not just "consistent with cancer"? (oops bev slip)

However, I have an email, personal addressed by a Hopkins lawyer if you'd like me to post it.

Its contents will be rather disappointing however it will prove I too have been "contacted" by a hopkins lawyer named....wait for it...."Dan"

I also know his last name but lalarawraw is a top investigator I'm sure she'll get to the bottom of it as quickly as she nailed "Steve’s" first name.

Thanks for replying.

Briefly I'd like to explain why I called in the first place. Over the past couple of years Andy Stephenson has been involved in a few questionable donation drives that ended rather badly. In the past six months I've received no less than 40 emails from Andy, or one of his agents, soliciting donations for everything from lawyer fees, unemployment relief, to medical tests.

This week the request took a rather shocking turn when the pleas for money stated the were to receive cancer treatment.

Now if Andy in fact does require this treatment I'm not the type of person that would try and hamper those efforts. However, there have been several claims made that just don't quite add up.

As you will see in the links provided it has been made clear that Johns Hopkins is the only hospital that can do the procedure and due to his financial situation he must pay the hospital 25 thousand dollars up front to schedule the surgery. The remaining 25 thousand is apparently due before the surgery or shortly there after. This part is not clear.

What I find disturbing is how the five main people collecting the money will drag the good name of Johns Hopkins through the mud in order to get people to feel sorry for Andy and fork over their hard earned money fighting the soulless hospital administration.

Several people in the DailyKos links I have provided describe a much different hospital system than the stereotypical impression, one often promoted in the media, that Andy's donation crew repeat in every plea they send out.

If Andy can get adequate treatment in his home state of Washington then I think the methods being used to collect the money verge on fraud. But I'm not a lawyer or law enforcement member.

To make a short story long. Had Andy said…

"I'm very sick, the local cancer hospital says my chances of survival are 50-50 but Johns Hopkins has a treatment that will cost 20 thousand dollars more but increase my odds to 70-30"

I think his friends and supporters would still have come up with the money.

Instead he has allowed Johns Hopkins to look like a greedy heartless corporation without ever disclosing any alternative options.

I'm sure Johns Hopkins fundraises from the progressive community from time to time and I think this kind of behavior hurts the reputation of your institution and may hamper future fundraising efforts.

So, that's the reason for my concern. Please see below the links to just some of the sites asking for donations.

The DailyKos for example has US senators posting on it and receives half a million hits a day.

If I thought these pleas for money were limited to fringe site with not much traffic I might not care. But considering the reach of these sites I had to get in touch.
