Please put your links regarding justice for Terri on this thread or articles re: people who are waking up all the time and speaking because they've been given new treatments. Terri was denied a chance to eat by mouth at the end and she was denied new groundbreaking tests by Judge Greer. Instead, he stuck to his guns that she would be starved and dehydrated beginning on March 18th. What a man. It takes a big man to starve an innocent woman to death. This was ALL AGAINST THE FLORIDA STATUTES.

Greer had super powers over the Governor of Florida, over the US Congress, the President and over the FDLE. Greer who was in defiance of the US Congress and President is the one who needs investigation and impeachment but the RINO's in Tallahassee are reluctant to do their duty.
If Terri was killed because of money and power, let us find out how RINOS like Senator Jim King went into battle against Terri with the death lobby and the national trial lawyers. Senator Jim King of Duval County should not get a pass either, not ever.

How are they going to get team leaders for the next election when so many people feel like "why should I help you?" There is not apathy for Terri's cruel fate but there is apathy to vote straight ticket and give of our time and dollars to support political parties. That's my opinion on the subject. floriduh voter
I have read in many places that Michael Schiavo received the malpractice $$ because he said that he would take care of Terri for the rest of his life, and ONLY three months after receiving the malpractice $$ "remembered" that Terri did not want to live like that.

He took the time, more time than many legislators and leaders did, to show his belief that Terri (and others in similar circumstances) DESERVE a FULL REVIEW, especially when justice crushes them instead of defends them.
I am in awe of our President.
That he did this caused me to write my first and only letter to him.

( Fallout from a press corp that HATES the disabled and LOVES the idea of pulling living babies from their nests before they can be born or killing off those imperfect among us (scientologists get into this one).

I would be furious, too, if my privacy were traded from a Hospice to a for profit company to be used in their marketing strategy!

And the infamous mike bell, mentioned so often in the material on your link, is the guy I spoke to not once, but twice last year when I was deep into an attempt to find out EXACTLY how Terri could be held for SO LONG in a Hospice, a place for the dying. He was one sad and imo, corrupted creep. As a media rep for suncoast, he has the cool of a burning coal. I felt dirty just speaking to him.
I've heard a rumor from a reputable source that the GUARDIANSHIP hearing for
brain-damaged Scott Thomas which was supposed to be today, June 3rd,
has been postponed to Wednesday June 8th.
Watch for confirmation in the news later today.
I've also heard a rumor from an unreputable(?) source that the final AUTOPSY results
on Terri, (which I'd say are now overdue), are supposed to come out next week, and
it is a whitewash.
A great deal of heated debate occurred recently over whether or not a 'drinking game' had ever been proposed and joked about by the Terri-haters WPPFF club. The game was alledgedly to invoke certain name-calling from Terri-supporters.

Just read the estate filing. Says that the estate is not worth $25,000, but didnt' they have a home together and wouldn't it (her half) be worth more than $25,000?

Well, we expected the autopsy to be a total whitewash. I'm sure the Coroner is going to say cause of death was PVS and nothing more!
