Some blesseds/saints survived without natural means of food and water, but that is a miraculous situation; we can pray for it, but not count on it.
We are supposed to be the Body of Christ, taking food to the hungry and water to the thirsty (Corporal works of Mercy). He did not promise to do it for us via miraculous means.
I'm at the point now that I hope she will go quickly now, so she no longer has to suffer dying this way. That's right. If she can't be saved, I hope she doesn't suffer and it's over quick.
What disgusts me is that these a-holes don't err on the side of life. They go to the end of the earth to ensure that CONVICTED MURDERERS don't get wheeled out until ALL APPEALS are exhausted (rightfully so, of course), and then go to the Governor to try to get them off. Yet they are eager to end the life of someone that might show progress IF she got the proper treatment.
