I live in Illinois, where in addition to nuclear, we use a lot of coal--I want to push for co-firing.c. Does anyone know anywhere you can get culinary advice on using reflector-cookers, particularly sugar-cooking?Thanks!

What a moron! The optical scan machines are the most reliable, with something like .13% error rate (compared to 7% for punchcard and 1% for touchscreen). Additionally, the optical scan has the paper trail the tin-foil-hat brigade is always harping about.
